I'm rather disappointed by the lack of answers regarding Kheldian lore... They were the only hero/villain group I ever really gave a damn about!!
Gotta wonder why no answers? Is it because that info is in docs Posi no longer has access too, or (more likely), that the lore bible for them never really existed anyway?
Ah well... It was nice to finally get a decent technical answer so to why we didn't get power customisation, though they COULD have told us most of that before! I'd have quit moaning about it!
Meh. In the absence of official lore for Khelds, I'll just use my own.

Thank you for posting this, Positron. I'm glad to have a lot of these things illuminated when it looks like we'll never get to actually play through them. It sounds like you had some really interesting ideas in the pipeline, and I wish they could have properly seen the light of day.
Also, while I hated WoW's underwater zone, I actually liked Lemuria in CO.

Also- The way the reunion for the "newly" vigilante Manticore and the returning Sister Psyche goes like this in the back of my head:

Actually one thing I slightly think is silly is just how simple they talked about bringing Sister Psyche back. Y'know when it first happened I thought it would be obvious what to do.
Just think about it. Her powers go -nuts-, she's invading every person in Paragon City up until the point of her death.
Why have her mind ride into just -1- person? Why not have her mind fragmented across all of Paragon? It's just totally too ripe to not do something with.
