Major Hammerhead is my Bane/Soldier.
All my toons have animal names in them and Hammerhead works for both Mako and Mace epics (that I took respectively on the Soldier and Bane builds) so it was a no brainer

My bane is named Bread.

My Bane is called: Arbiter Shmarbiter -- a former Arbiter fed up with all the
paperwork, politics and bureaucracy who decided to go "rogue" and bust a few
heads without having to fill out 22 forms (in triplicate) beforehand...

My one and only SoA is a Bane named "Bane Op Not Sure". See the movie Idiocracy for more details.

For those that know the movie, every time I enter a mission with a group I have a keybind for: "Why me? Every time Lord Recluse says 'Lead, follow, or get out of the way', I get out of the way!"

I've got a tribuild SOA, first build is Bane, second is Crab with pets and tons of range aoe, third is a melee oriented tank style build. I just thought Bane of Pain was to good to pass up.

My other SOA, Whyte Spyder, is just a duel build. Don't care for the name as much but love the character.

I went with...

Bane/Crab: Spektor (Garbed in Silver/White to reflect a 'Ghost Crab')
Widow: Tangleweb (Even though it's on Defiant, I was amazed I actually got this name!)

I went with a name that fits my character. Since my long fang is a snake/human hybrid (his mum was bitten by a Snake while she was pregnant), ive named him Operative Sidewinder.

My fortunata is named Madame Backlash. In an old Xmen game, one of the enemies had the power to inflict a memory backlash which caused the victim to remember a time when they were in pain and relive it. I thought this was a great idea and worked it into her powers!

I honestly don't remember if I replied to this thread before, so I'll reply here.

My wife and I collect, breed, and sell tarantulas, so we know the scientific name of every species we have. I use those as names for VEATs.

Pretty safe bet "Pterinochilus" and "Brachypelma" are available on all the servers. (Well, Pterinochilus isn't available on Pinnacle, that's my Soldier )

In a total fit of creativity, I named mine Tarantulas... I know, I know... not original, but at least I used the costume creator and gave him a look like Tarantulas from the old Beast Wars TV show...

My main veat is Yorukira and my Crab Mastermind is Borax Spider

I prefer to name veat with code name that use Elements or adjective, and match it with Spider, Web, widow, agent, huntman

My crab soldier is named Ulluchu Man after an Incan/Moche crab deity from Peru. His story is that he is the avatar for said deity. I must say while playing the arcs in DA, he certainly feels god-like.

Once upon a time in a tragic land far far away <the back side of a run down blue shopping center> a homeless mad scientist wanted a companion so he took some spare Arachnos parts, one dead chicken that was left out in the sun too long and a gumball machine and thus, the Brainless Spider Chicken was born. Due to it's constant moltings, BSC proved too fairfeathered to be a friend to anyone, especially a homeless scientist bum. After many failed attempts of undoing his creation, the scientist realised he just couldn't choke this chicken. Shortly afterwards the chicken in question disembowled his creator and stuffed him into the very dumpster he was created in. Now liberated and uneducated this brainless bird now stalks the landscape, causing stares, gasps, and even the occasional case of salmanillaosis. beware world, for this brainless Spider Chicken will have YOU running around like a chicken with it's head cut off! Cluck!

Venomenon, although I haven't played it as much as I would have liked recently...

Crab: Operative Thorn
Bane: Gravebane
Fortunata: Fortune's Widower

I don't have a Widow yet, but the fortunata's name could really serve for both using dual builds I suppose.
