I'm jealous, I wish I would have known about this so I could have subscribed earlier in order to get these! Darn you devs for not making me aware of this!
Just kidding, this is awesome, I hope that these go on the market after a while so those of us who were unlucky enough to start in time can get these awesome helmets.
I can honestly not remember when my subscription started and therefore have no idea whether or not I will be receiving this.

Just throwing this out there, in case this thread ever serves as feedback on a secondary level.
I have met the requirements for the items an look forward toreceiving them and I'm fine with said items being put up on the store for general consumption.
Pinnacle & Virtue:
A bunch of Heroes - Alpha Team, Legion of Order.
A bunch of Villains -Black Citadel , Pinnache.

And as for putting the items on the market, if it was bundled as a set and priced at the equivalent of $59.96 it would have my full support.

I really do like this game but at this point the marketing department is just forcing me to spam /em facepalm.

So as a loyal VIP subscriber, I'm not really being rewarded as I could purchase the items later in a much less expensive way...hmmmm
Personally it doesn't bother me if everyone has the items, it's just the principle.

And if people were able to buy the chest emblem and badge I still wouldn't mind, because I would have gotten it in the course of playing and paying without forking out extra.

5 DAYS in December are what snatched these loyalty rewards from my grasp. I've been subbed for nearly 6 years, but twixt the 10th - 15th December 2011 my sub lapsed.

They'd sell the pet separately and put everything else in a pack sans the badge.

Either way I wouldn't be mad if it was released as a pay for item, but to be completely honest I would rather keep them as exclusive pieces. Not everyone has to have everything. Let the people that were able to stay subbed have something the others cant and not just be a badge. I personally see nothing wrong with that.
