This has been happening since Freedom went live. Like Bill said, logging off and restarting the game usually fixes it (sometimes just logging off does the trick IIRC).

I've only ignored one person in my entire time on this forum, and they weren't even a troll, just a person who thought they were so hilarious which I found incredibly grating. I removed him from my ignore list on the day of The Announcement because it just didn't matter anymore. But now I think I've finally found someone worthy of that recognition. So bully for you.
