Beam Rifle No Longer Unlocked?

Are they removing the things that we've purchased for some characters? On the Pinnacle server, my character Warlord Taln is said to be locked because I don't have access to Beam Rifle.

However, Beam Rifle is one of the few powersets that I actually purchased. Is there some weird... "thing" happening that people know about yet?

The connection to the store is buggy. It seems that a log off and closure of the application, then logging back in clears it up for most folks.

This has been happening since Freedom went live. Like Bill said, logging off and restarting the game usually fixes it (sometimes just logging off does the trick IIRC).

I have this problem with the fireflies aura that I purchased. I have it on a couple of characters, but I cannot select it on anyone else since the beginning of October. I have tried logging in and out, and I've tried restarting entirely but it seems like that aura has been permanently locked on me. I can enjoy it on the characters that have it, but can't add it to other costume slots apparently even on those characters that have it.

I also had incarnate missions become available to me but cannot play them as I am only premium. I have not actually subscribed since last November and did not have incarnate access at the time either. I have no idea what unlocked the missions, but all I can do is auto complete them.

My Invention license expired today, so I renewed it (for the third and final time) and it just won't engage. I purchased it and the Pop Dance emote after the license. I logged, relogged, turned off the computer...nothing.

I can dance like Michael Jackson, and I'm as effective as he was in combat. I had to go to SO's again.

Now that you mention it, I purchased 15x Focused Rage Team Inspirations last night, I was charged for them, but they never arrived in my character item box.
