Oh my.
They made up for an awful first mastermind set!
I still want to slot them in non henchmen powers though.
A game is not supposed to be some kind of... place where people enjoy themselves!
+Absorb? That's interesting. Is there anything like that currently in-game?

Just noticed these have a Min level requirement of 47, yikes!
Awesome.
Also, absorb seems to be a new mechanic where you steal health, and add it to your own, even over your maximum.
O.O It may have just made it easier to double stack Build Up on a KM Stalker!

Well that didn't take long.
You may have also noticed that all of the Heal sets and enhancements in the game were changed to also enhance Absorb. The mechanic was added in I22 but hasn't been used until now.
It's been the subject of speculation, but probably is a "damage absorb shield" mechanic that will be familiar to players of a few other games. IOW, hits that would decrease your health decrease the shield instead, until either the duration runs out or it is used up by absorbing damage.

Some of those new ATO's look extremely good.

Although I wish they'd stop putting these things into enhancements and make powers/powersets that utilize these new mechanics.
Also, what are those other ones? The Fire orb and Energy Font thingies...
And the recharge build up thing is probably far less useful on Kinetic Melee. I mean, how long will you be casting BU? Sure, it's a huge buff power but pointless if you're rarely hitting anything.
Hmmm...is that Scrapper one a flat 50% increase to Crit or +50% of 10%?

I'm gonna guess they're psuedo pets that spawn for a lil bit to fire off their effects.

I have the superior version slotted and in a fight against Kraken I was critting 60-65% of the time sometimes more, so i'd say its a flat 50%, to me it seems too powerful, that + the new Assault Hybrid means I can finally work down Krakens HP on my Katana/Regen with pretty much just pure damage and the 2 -res procs.

I think it really speaks more to the small size of Paragon's team working on the game. not enough people, not enough checks to insure against this sort of thing happening so frequently
