I have the superior version slotted and in a fight against Kraken I was critting 60-65% of the time sometimes more, so i'd say its a flat 50%, to me it seems too powerful, that + the new Assault Hybrid means I can finally work down Krakens HP on my Katana/Regen with pretty much just pure damage and the 2 -res procs.
  3. By converting some ATIOs on Beta I came across these, Enjoy!

    Defender

    Blaster

    Brute

    Controller

    Corruptor

    Dominator

    Kheldians

    Masterminds

Scrapper (Note: The +50% Critical Hit Chance Proc wouldn't link but the normal is 2PPM and Superior 3PPM)

    Stalker

    Soldiers of Arachnos

    Tanker

  4. Seems some of you forgot about the HO nerf coming in i22 :P
  5. UPDATED!!

Now includes 5.5% more S/L Resist and 3% more to everything else from extra slot in resilience and 6th ATO slot (don't forget the 5% extra from Barrier too). I also evened out the defense values more and lowered the recovery slightly, it can be a bit too much depending on how fast you like to spam your powers, DA also now includes damage enhancements.

    Pro's:

    1. Soft Capped Melee Defense with 1 stack of DA (With the Superior ATO Set, Will add 2.5% more, also +5 the LotG+Rech just to make sure).
    2. Perma Hasten. (+5 one of the Recharge IO's in it just to be sure)
    3. Attack chain of GDF > Gamb > Soaring > Gamb > GDF, with room to use DA if needed.
    4. The -res proc in Gamblers for 20% more damage.
    5. A reasonable 29.6% Range Defense and 21.8% AoE. (6% more defense to all perma with Barrier Core Epiphany)
    6. Leadership pool to help out teams, Vengeance will take you to soft capped defense to all while its up and can be perma, extremely useful for a Regen I find if the team starts to go down, makes you almost unkillable for 2 minutes, This is more of a personal preference, not everyone likes it.
    7. Slots in Flashing Steel ready for Superior ATO Set
    8. No end problems at all.
    9. 162.5% recharge with Superior ATO Set Slotted.
    10. No need for any EPP that would either add more recovery that's not needed or add to more weapon redraw.
    11. Power placement useful for all lvls.
    12. The HO's could be changed to IO's and have a barely noticeable decrease in stat's if you want to save a bit more money.

    Con's:

    1. A bit low on Regen but really don't feel it matters much if you don't get hit to begin with and always have your heals to back you up if you do.

    Incarnates:

Alpha - Agility Core Paragon (Hard to say which is best, Agility or Spiritual)
Destiny - Barrier Core Epiphany (Because Defense is the most useful to a Regen and the little extra boost it gets from Agility Alpha)
Interface - Reactive Radial Flawless Interface (Still haven't found anything better than it)
Judgement - Void Radial Final Judgement (The -dmg can be useful in tough situations)
Lore - Longbow Core Superior Ally (The -regen is amazing and goes very nicely with your dmg, can bring down a GM solo)

That's really all I can think of, Hopefully you like it.

  6. The T9 is called Umbra Beast

You conjure up one of the most fearsome creatures of the Netherworld, the Umbra Beast. This creature will fight beside its summoner using its brutal claw, bite and darkness attacks. Recharge: Very Long

    Attacks are as follows:

Claw Rake - ST Neg/Leth Dmg
Vicious Bite - Another ST Neg/Leth Dmg
Umbra Swipe - Cone (90 Deg Arc, 16 Targets) Neg/Leth Dmg
Shadowy Binds - ST Mag 4 Immob, -To Hit and some Neg Dmg
Terrifying Roar - Cone (30 Deg Arc, 10 Targets) Mag 3 Fear, Some Neg/Smash Dmg
  7. Works best with Agility Alpha, should have quite a lot more help in the end department and capped def to all with PBed Farsight

    Best Debuff Set?

Additionally PGT is the strongest -regen power in the game with it's only weakness being that needs the AV to be relatively stationary to get the full duration.

Overall though I tend to agree that Cold Domination is probably the set with the best mix of buffs and debuffs. It's main weakness is it's reliance on recharge it has a worse native uptime than most of the other sets so unless you have an IO'd build or some outside buffs it won't have 100% uptime.
Actually a Dom's Drain Psyche slotted with good heals (5 Doctored Wounds set for example) + a Spiritual Core Paragon can take its -regen to over 1100%, just thought id throw that out there :P
  11. Excellent work, I've been waiting forever for this!

Noticed a small bug though, I noticed a can no longer double click to remove a slot on a power, Shift Click still works but its a bit of a nuisance.

    Keep up the good work
  12. Just throwing my build into the mix, it may be a tad more expensive than others posted here but if you ever manage to get your hands on a lot of influence it may help you out, its built around the Recharge/Heal Incarnate which will get it back to perma hasten, 98% or more recharge on MoG, SM, DP etc.

  13. This is a rough build I had planned for my main toon for i19, Its designed around the Recharge/Heal Incarnate which will take it back to perma hasten, 98% or more recharge in MoG, SM, DP etc.

That is not a "hack" they added Mission Parameters so you can spawn mobs at any lvl you wish, even if its not in their listed lvl range, they can go down in lvl but not up in lvl.
  15. I created the missions to simply help a few friends with some tough lvls, I never broadcasted it or advertised it to anyone and am just as annoyed as the rest of you that they have gone unnerfed for this long.

In my opinion they could have been nerfed along with the Spiderbots if the devs had simply taken more time to see the root of the problem as they work on the same concept.

If I had ever gotten a message or anything from the devs asking me to remove the arcs in the 3 or more weeks they have been up I would have done so, as I did today when they decided to ban one and that is fine with me, it will not be republished, if they wish to do the same to the others then fine but I am not purposely removing them and dealing with the aggro from rude people telling me to risk my account etc and honestly it wouldn't make any difference, If mine were removed there are tons of over versions made by other people that are exactly the same that they would just latch onto.

I'll do my part if I am asked, but I cant stop it completely this is not what I intended it to turn into, If the devs wish to contact me asking me to take them down then please do, I am almost begging you, but untill I have a reason that wont happen.
  16. Yes I like to be a bit of a perfectionist and try and get the best in everything, Nice work on getting soft capped Fire and Cold but 2.4 end use? arent you going to have end issues with that, even with EA and Idk why you keep mentioning HP its already over the new tanker cap lol

Tbh I didnt really put much thought into what the attack chain would be, it was the -dmg that interested me, I noticed you'd have roughly 50% -dmg in PBAoE if you used Darkest Night, Chilling Embrace and then Burst as they surrounded you, you could then raise that to 64% if you can stack Burst's -dmg twice and that would be on par with Benumb's (which is awesome) and it would be even more than that on ST's, roughly 75-80% or more if you can find a fast enough attack chain to stack them.

Also with that much -dmg even if anything hit you it would be severely weakened and then maybe regen wont matter so much so I was kinda going for a tank/debuffer without really concentrating on being the major dmg dealer and leaving that up to my fellow team mates.

You're accuracy is insane, as in, 400% insane, not sure if thats a pvp thing though.

You're at/close to the old HP cap andyou're only getting 29hp/s.

I'm not quite sure where to go with your build really, except maybe moving some of the purples out for Pounding Slugfests.

You could drop the 6 slots in both Power Siphon and only use 4 IOs of generic 2x rech 2x ToHit, and move some meele attacks into 2 slots Pounding Slugfest 4 slots Kinetic Meele, (3x that in meele attacks is 10% S/L def, 30% regen, 90hp. roughly) remember that EA will normally give at least 5% def if used right.

Once you hit 45% def (Or 40% if you're relying on constant EA) and around 50% acc its best to focus on hp/regen or recharge.

Otherwise your looking at little survival and even with the -dmg you're still going to get pounded on.
The 400% accuracy is just because of the chance for build up IO and because Power Siphon is set to 5, put it down to 1 and take out the chance for and its normal accuracy.

I also know that defense soft caps at 45% but you're only soft capped to smashing, lethal, energy and negative. Fire and cold are stuck way down even if it has resist to them so the extra defense was to try and get them as close as possible to 45% for a perfect all round defense build and the full taunt set and gaussians set help with that and going 2 Pounding 4 Kinetic Melee would just give me loads more S/L defense that I dont even need nor does it need anymore HP so the purple sets for recharge work out better.

You can also never have too much recharge if your build allows it, maybe the regen is a bit low and you could possibly lose 10-15% recharge for some more regen.
  18. I made a Ice/KM/Soul build yesterday after I saw its potential for a ton of stacked -dmg debuffs, it looks like it could be very interesting if only I could afford to make it.

Here's what I came up with

  19. It would be nice if they added some kind of preview window for all the maps available in AE, like a couple of screenshots or a small video of the layout just to give you a feel of what the map actually looks like if you were playing it.

I'm sure I'm not the only one that doesn't have all the maps in game memorized and its very tedious to have to keep selecting the map, saving it, loading up the arc, entering mission etc just to see what its like when you are trying to get the perfect setting.

The birdseye view is alright for mob placement etc but it can look a lot different once you actually enter the map.
  20. One of my friends global chat handle shows as something completely different when I use the Edit Note feature after left clicking his name than what it actually is on my global friends list, what's even weirder is that the global name its saying he has is actually an old ex of mine, the two have absolutely nothing to do with each other and there is no way I could be mixing them up or clicking the wrong name etc.

The game is just saying he has 2 separate global handles at the same time, his real one and another players handle, I've tried all I can think of to fix it (relogging, restarting PC, trying other toons, verifying files) nothing has made any difference, I asked others to check and everything is normal for them, Anyone have any idea what could be causing this or how to fix it?
