That said, since I still don't have my VIP Paragon Points yet, I can't really begin to determine my budget for purchases of more points for the market, to say nothing of decreased confidence in Paragon Studios' customer service. The consequence of this problem is that I'm buying fewer points later instead of more points now.
Wow, let me tell you how surprised I am this morning (sense the sarcasm) it is now 10/12 and STILL NO POINTS

No worries Z, I know we will get them when we get them and it's not a big deal. Most of us are grownups and understand that these things happen, and I know this is just a minor delay. Don't sweat the small stuff, as they say

My bill date was 10/3
I was actually going to also purchase some extra points to augment the ones I would get from my subscription, but since I never got the ones from my subscription, I have been holding off spending any more money on COH.
I am pretty sure that I am not the only one who has delayed further purchases because of this issue.
It would be nice if you did a "Baker's Dozen" kind of service perk to reward those who were inconvenienced by this bug. It is growing more and more annoying by the day.

For giggles, when Freedom launched, which Tokens did we get credit for? They threw in the September one with all the previous "vet time" ones ahead of the supposed "tokens at the end of the month/billing cycle"?

Still no points on either account for me, billing date was the 9th, no answer to a petition yet.
I don't get it - having reread original post 10 times.
I have a rolling renewel every 3 months - the last renewel was the 10th August - and my account says I'm a VIP until 10th November - so far so good. I got my 400 points sometime in the last 48 hours so thats ok too.
However - I'd expect to get a token in the last 48 hours as well - but haven't. I read the bit about the dates not matching but don't get it - i played for 2 years with a date of the 3rd - took a break for 3 months and a week - hence the date of the 10th - surely the 10th should be the date of the token (or the 9th as the last date of the billing cycle)
incidently - i spent all my tokens (bar 1) as soon as freedom went live - I'm expecting that unspent token to go from 1 to 2

Frustrated alot at this point..you think 1st= new month, no no no..its bill date that makes sense...so 2 more days (man i want to try this content of Street Justice) send e-mail and get letter stating "you must wait till the 11th" ok sucks, but ok then you see the VIP arc #2, damn still no points....11th comes and goes..No points...hmmmm but they said 11th? let me recheck...yeah oh delayed till 12 with publish ok thats not bad ..Log in on 12..WHAT? still no points? I gotta say that i miss the first 6 years of COH when i payed $15 and got the content..now i still pay 15$ but cant see the arcs, cant see all the power sets or content. So even tho i spent $60 on COh then bought CE for cape ect.. then $40 i think on COV, the $29 on Good vs.Evil, all the costume packs i have for around $60 or so (includes Mac items) then i buy Going Rogue for $39 plus all the while 6+ years of $15 a month this equals well over $1000+ ( i have 2 accounts both with same content)
I not only have to go thru all this now with points and content, but i ALSO have to spend even more if my account goes offline Just to access over 10+ of my characters to RE-Purchase controllers for an additional $15?
Does this seem that the Vets and loyal players are getting the shaft yet the F2P people can just spend either nothing to play basic or a couple hundred and just get it all now?

Question to anyone tho, if i Do cancel my accounts and go free to play, then spent $15 to unlock my controller AT, do i keep it?
If i turn back on VIP status and turn it off do i have to Rebuy it EVERYTIME i go F2P ?
Add me to the 'Still Do Not Have Them' crowd (October 3rd renewal date as well on this end).
I'm happy for the people who are apparently getting them, I just wish the rest of us got to enjoy it.
EDIT: Omega, You have to look back on page 8 of this thread for Zwil's latest explanations for why the rest of us arnt getting our Paragon Points (The OP STILL says October 11th, Zwil has yet to edit the OP). But as I think others have pointed out, deeper in the thread it was clarified that the Veteran tokens are given at the END of a billing month. So, everyone has to wait until like, November at least before they see a single veteran point.
And Ravel, it sounds like you've been playing for a while, so you just might have enough Veteran tiers to permanently unlock Controller/Mastermind without paying for it if you go premium. Check out the wiki, because mousing over the tiers in game don't list Premium perks while you are still a Vet.

No problem. I THINK (Not sure completely, hopefully someone corrects me if I'm wrong), the only things you can never ever get access to as a Premium is the Incarnate content. Or paying rent for SuperGroups if I read those other threads right. The rest is a case of 'Tiers will give it for free' or 'throw enough money at it'.

Bear in mind that it is highly likely that you will be awarded these points at the exact time that you originally activated your account, which could be why some of you have yet to see your points.
It could also be a trickle-down effect, where they make it easier on the servers by awarding points to a set number of accounts every *insert measure of time here* throughout the day.
All in all, we do not know, and while we all want our points, we really cannot expect to hear anything from support/community management, nor get angry about it, unless there are still some of us who are point-less after 11:59pm PDT.
