Discussion: When Do I Get My Paragon Points and Reward Tokens? (VIP)
If those of us with a billing date around the beginning of the month will all receive our points on the 11th of each month, can we please make sure whatever is for sale during the first week of a month stays on sale for 2 weeks? My billing date is, of course, on the 2nd so I'm having to wait an extra 9 days before I get my points. It would be nice if the current sale could be extended another 7 days. At least this one time with the confusion. I was very disappointed not to get my points this week as I expected.

I understand that the reward tokens are delayed, but I never got my most recent vet badge either. So, if I understand correctly:
My points were awarded early.
My badge will be awarded late.
My token will be awarded late.
Correct?

From what I gather, everyone will get an opportunity to get the sets. But the staff wants those who earn it now, a window of exclusivity.
What isn't clear is if that means 1) it'll show up again as a VIP reward or 2) it'll show up on the Paragon Store.

my question is, the tier 9 VIP Rewards aka Celestial Armor costume set, once it leaves, will it return at some point? i recall hearing the Tier 9 VIP Paragon Rewards were on a "rotational cycle"
im not feeling too good about spending approx $230.00 on Paragon Points just to buy the Celestial Armor set :/ if it leaves for good that would make me feel worse than i do, when the Paragon Rewards were announced it was said everyone as of July 1st 2011 who had a Subscription would become VIP and "start accruing rewards", so what happened to that? why shouldnt i get tokens for July, Aug and Sept? if i was VIP and since July and i got the 1600 Paragon Points for being VIP since then, why dont i get the 3 Tokens too? the 3 tokens would really help whittle down the money id need to spend right now to get Tier 9 VIP |

As to Paragon Rewards: we were never promised reward tokens for the time leading up to the release, we were promised Paragon Points (400 per month). Therefore, we are owed no tokens for that time.

If your game account has a bill day between the 1st of the month to the 10th of the month, you should expect your October stipend of Paragon Points on October 11th, provided your VIP subscription continues. Over the next few months, your stipend date will line up with your bill date as long as you maintain the VIP status of your game account.

I missed that it would be back to normal in November unless "gradually fixed over time" means "fixed this month." Still, that only makes my request even more reasonable if it is just this one month they extended the current sale (particularly on costume slots in my case) another week in addition to whatever is already planned for the 11th.

Suggesting things will be fixed by November is an overly optimistic interpretation of his official statement.

Normally, I wouldn't care about this, but since you decided to tie a limited-time reward to these tokens, I'm rather miffed. If you'd held up your original statement, I'd already have the whole Celestial Armor set on my main account. As it is now, there is a chance I'll only get part, or none of it, depending on how soon you retire it and how many more times you jerk us around on these tokens.
Add to that the fact that this is the second time I've had to type this post because of the @*&%^$# issue with the random forum log-outs and color me extremely impressed with Paragon Studios lately.

I originally started US servers and took up the passport to the EU. Where upon the new account it created has the old vet rewards included in it and you gain new ones as normal. However now this has been converted to paragon rewards I appear to of lost the time (money I spent) spent US side, and only have the EU/Present time.
for example spent 12 Months Stateside. Passported to EU, spent 12 months there = 24 vet months. Freedom goes live I only gain credit for 12.
So you are actually saying that we will get pp for October either on 11th (for people having billing date from 1st to 11th) or on are billing date (for all others). If we don't get them then we can contact support - that thing is clear.
Now the confusing part:
We will get monthly VIP Paragon Reward Tokens on usual date that we were receiving them before? Are we supposed to get Tokens for September or October? Will we get them at all in October or that were September Tokens that we got with Freedom early start? Is there a way to check when is my token due?

Previously, on the master account page it recorded time time played in two ways: "paid time" and "total time" total time was all of your paid time plus the free time offered by box sets and recruiting friends. Now that same page only lists "paid time".
I suspect that the time you played for free due to box purchases and recruits is no longer being counted.
I lost 5 months due to this.
I have the yearly subscription. How dose this affect getting the monthly stipends since my pay date isn't monthly but yearly? Also I already have the full maximum of 42 reward merits witch are stoled into the all the slots. Will I get more then that?

You most certainly won't be getting a year's supply of points at your renewal date and a monthly supply of points on top of that. You only get the points once.
The latter part is the correct answer. You get your points monthly - you alread have been getting your points monthly, you have your points for June, July, August and September. If you were getting your points anually, you would have got none of the above.
