I wanted to play with you all. I even logged in; it had been over a month! And Shamster said "Screw you 1 star" and nothing else was going on. So I got drunk and deleted every file for the game individually, cursing all along the way.

,+L)My star rating system was both simplistic and yet detailed and involves an algorithm that is no longer decipherable by you puny humans. One interesting facet of this is that the only 5 star I used happen to be on myself
and 2) I haven't logged in for a month now so whatever I have is vastly outdated. -
This really should have been titled for his yearly Festivus celebration, or at the least, for his "airing of grievances".

This is probably the best thread for Victory to remain active during these dark times. It has everything that is stereotypical to Victory:
- Random people showing up with nothing better to do
- Random people's thoughts/opinions that no one gives a crap about
- Shamster being Shamster
- People feigning both praise and contempt
- Mental getting an ego boost that someone mentioned him
- Voodoo being blamed in private for something he has nothing to do with
All we're missing are people who haven't played in a long time coming back to go off on a rage (doesn't matter about what), more lolpvp, and someone RPing a grand scheme that wipes us all out of existence. -
Back on topic from this heinous hijack!
Finished AC1. Very pretty game. Pretty cool story, if not utterly predictable. Definitely repetitive but I found that once I maxed out my life bars in the first city or two, I didn't see the need to continue doing all of the view points, citizens, side missions, etc. Once I learned that the 1000ish flags spread in the game didn't actually do anything for you, at least on a PC, I didn't even bother with those either.
Started AC2 and it got even prettier, far more in depth of control/what to do, and so far seems a little bit more free so far. I don't know if it's an Ubisoft thing or just AC series, but the intros / tutorials in these games are just weird and seem out of place. They work for what they need to do, but definitely not a traditional tutorial.
I have the rest of the series to play through and then another 3 games after that. I fear for whatever steam sales happen

The only bad things I've ever said about anyone in or out of the game were about Shamster.

So who else got a Steam message linking to here.........and being utterly disappointed? I called out weeks ago this better be damn interesting with as much as he kept talking about it. And now this is the last thing I'll remember about this forum; utter let down
Remember, you can either completely agree with Shamster or completely disagree. There is no picking and choosing. Also remember, he 1-starred me *after* I started calling him Mr. One-Star as soon as the feature was put in. His rampant misuse of the star system is a travesty of the American voting machine. -
