Not that it's relevant to me. Still, I can understand how many people will skip it. If it's not on the first or last page there's always a better chance it gets missed.
So, let me get this straight.
Billing cycle: 6mo (Last, Aug 9 2011. Next, Feb 9 2012.)
Bill date: 9th of the month
Thus,
Next point stipend: October 11 2011 (400pt since I'm at tier 6 on the shrubbery... for now...)
Next reward token: Nov 8?
Did I get that right?

A lil on and off topic. It deals with the tokens, during the beta we "bought" "x-amount" of point we got a token, is that still able to be done in the live setting. Just that its real money being spent now to get the points of course.? If the answer is yes then what is that magic number of points= token amount?

After that, it appears that even bonus points on larger point packs count towards the 1 token for every 1200 points purchased - but that isn't from personal experience, so I just have to take the word of those who bought the larger point packs.

It's correct. The token is for every 1200 points purchased, including bonuses, and it is cumulative.
Spending $100 gets you 9600 points (8000 pack + 1600 bonus), so that grants 8 tokens.
If you buy points in an amount that is not divisible by 1200, then the leftover points will count toward your next purchase; i.e. the $15 pack gets you 1320pp...you'll get a token for the 1200 and the 120 extra will "bank" toward your next token.

Still nothing here either, with a bill date of the 4th. However, I noticed that my actual billing on the 4th didn't go through until the afternoon, so it's possible we'll see a similar thing here. I'm cautiously optimistic.
I also notice in my billing summary that all the microtransactions associated with Freedom launch (i.e. the awarding of the 1600 points I had at launch) happened on the 13th and 14th, so I figure I'm going to wait that long before raising a ticket. If by the 14th I'm still missing my points and/or my token I'll be contacting support to find out what's going on.
(I have no idea what date my vet rewards were previously due on, but since the awarding of such things changed with Freedom launch, if I don't have a new token by the time Freedom has been out for a month and I've been subscribed since the outset, I feel it appropriate to research what's going on there.)
Hey there folks, after reading 6 pages of posts I can say that for the most part I understand when I'll be getting my Paragon Rewards and Points ...however, today I have a small issue and was hoping someone could furnish me with an answer.
My billing date for this month was the 10th, however, I wanted to change the bank account I use to pay for my subscription ...to my detriment I waited until my game account had run out and stopped being VIP ...as soon as I realized that I couldn't play (characters were locked) I reactivated my subscription with the new bank account. All this took place on the 10th.
I waited until after the downtime today but alas no Paragon Reward (which I now understand will be awarded at the end of my current months subscription), more worryingly, no Paragon Points!!
My question then is this ...when can I expect to see the 400pp from this months subscription?

Okay billing date Oct. 4th and still no points VIP status ...but no points. I received the email saying point would be issued today. Where they at? I don't think its fair my account is paid, and has been paid, but I am not getting what was promised....What's the deal? You guys know other games are going free to play, and would love to take CoX players. That should be reason enough to fix this.
I renewed my subscription on October 3rd for 12 months. You guys happily billed me the 130 bucks but haven't given me my 400 points for October. When should I expect to get my points?

My billing date is the 3rd, On the 3rd I called up billing, and got this originally figured out with GM Tim over the phone, as well as contacted Zwillinger. Both Tim and Zwill figured this out, and that is why the post exists here.
They figured out it would be on the 11th. Today is the 11th, I still did not get my 550 Points... (400 normal + the 150 from being Tier 9). I grow tired of this... I payed for an entire years worth back in June, knowing that freedom was coming out. I want my points as well, I pay good money for them.
And I have literally no idea when I should expect a new Reward Token, and apparently I should check for myself to see if I have all of the ones I should have had initially. How fun, it feels like I'm at a shady mechanic's place and I have to watch him to make sure he does the work he charged me for. Sweet. Thanks.
