I was actually going to also purchase some extra points to augment the ones I would get from my subscription, but since I never got the ones from my subscription, I have been holding off spending any more money on COH.

I am pretty sure that I am not the only one who has delayed further purchases because of this issue.

It would be nice if you did a "Baker's Dozen" kind of service perk to reward those who were inconvenienced by this bug. It is growing more and more annoying by the day.

Nothing for me today either.

I would like them to have tells and at least one global LFG channel. Maybe called FREEM LFG

So the other night I was running with Armored Nictus, and as most on Infinity know, I have a tendency to ramble on about nonsense when I am standing around waiting for leagues or teams to be formed by those who are willing to take on this distasteful task for me.

Armored Nictus does this a LOT. He runs his Daily Incarnate for BAF/LAM runs around 6 pm (central time, since that is where I am, you figure out what time it is for you) And runs as many people through as he can for about 2 hours. For this, I thank him. Now he is going to be running Mastermind Mondays beginning October 3rd. Yay!

Anyway so the other night we were running AE runs (Donut needed some tickets to make some IO, and I am frugal I hate paying for rare salvage) And a bunch of folks joined us and then the tank in the group mentioned that he felt sorta useless because the mission was not real "tank friendly" so I told him he should be the Bard, and sing of Armored Nictus' and his band of merry bots' exploits.

The conversation itself was pretty funny, as we began making up a song about Armored Nictus and then I took the chat file and edited it and then polished up the song to post here for your amusement.

Armored Nictus came to Town
His clothes were never ever brown
Purple was his chosen hue
And spewing lots of nictus goo.

I look at the new Free system like this.

They are, essentially starting the game at the same place I did 6-7 years ago. They will have the same experience I did, because back then, there were no IO, there was no Incarnate, actually when I started there were no radio missions and there was no LFG and very few global channels. There was no City of Villians, There were no masterminds, No plant trollers, no super dooper spiffy outfits, we had just gotten capes.

So they get to start Old School.

The most frustrating thing to me is that they have no access to global channels and tells. It would make it much easier to team with them as a VIP if they at least had this ability.

Start: 5:00 p.m. PDT (8:00 p.m. EDT / 1:00 a.m. BST / 2:00 CEST)
End: 7:00 p.m. PDT (10:00 p.m. EDT / 3:00 a.m. BST / 4:00 CEST)

I am tired of the crashing.
I crash all the time for the same reasons as listed above.

COH not responding. Freeze. Task Manager shut it down. Try logging back in, sometimes 2 or three tries as it COH not responding freezes on the log in screen.

Then there is the lovely crash out of trials crash and the crash while you sound loop crash (this crash has been present since issue 4)

Never do they respond with any fix to these crashes and now they have stacked and stacked and stacked up til they have reached critical mass.

You should have at least a CLUE that something is wrong when the name of your product is laughingly called "City of Bugs" by players or "Crashes of Heroic Proportions"

Fix them already!

I am @Nalora and my home server is Infinity. I chose to move 3 of my 50's who were not used much on that server to free up some slots on my home server, and I created 3 more on Exalted.

I love playing support characters and blasters most. And I made a namesake toon on exalted who will be pulled up through the levels just as my first one was.

I have played since the first infamous "Winter Lords" event, when the "Hollows" was introduced, but I took a 2 year hiatus from game after an update broke my SG base. I came back last April.

Look for me on Exalted as Snacks, Meeps and Made to Order as well as my namesake: Donut Girl.

I am crashing all the time now. I have crashed while:

Creating a new character
Transitioning into missions
Transitioning through zones
Zoning into trials
Trying to log in. (crash after I put one letter into the password area)
While trying to type in a MOTD in SG mode
While trying to type in a back story to my character.
While standing in a zone talking to a group of people

Seriously, I am tense all the time during the game because it is like waiting for the other shoe to drop. I never know when I will crash

If you send in a /bug or a petition they tell you to come HERE to find the possible solution. Yet these forums are 7 years old, finding anything here is like finding a needle in a haystack.

I am not at all sure how much longer I can stand playing a game that continually crashes like this.

I really enjoyed it! Thanks for having me! Was fun, fast, and furious and the bonus was going to do the Signature story as well!

I began playing this game in Issue 2 and played for 4 years and then they "nerfed" something, as they always do, and I left for 2 years. I came back recently and was having fun, but my toons were all under-powered compared to everyone else, since I had never put IO's on them.

My "bestest" toon has hamidons, because we used to do a lot of hami raids to get them before the IO system killed hamidon raids.

In any case I knew farmers, and although I did not farm, it never bothered me in the least that some people found it enjoyable, and never affected my game. In fact, I never tell anyone how to play their game. They paid for it, they should be able to use it as they wish to, and in any way that is fun for them, IMHO.

But when I returned the fact that my toon was so underpowered and the cost of IO's so high, I began farming AE for tickets in order to get recipes and salvage to enhance my myriad of level 50's. I am far from being a super uber farmer, I plug along, and sometimes some of my lower level friends who have played the game for 7 years and want to get over the lower levels would come with me and chat and joke and gain a few levels. This stopped abruptly yesterday when we found they were not getting xp anymore, and our fun was ruined. Someone rained on our parade. On purpose.

I have never understood the continual attempts by developers to modify human behavior in games via computerized controls. It rarely succeeds at doing much else than pissing people off. I also do not understand people who feel every player must conform to their style of game play or the whole thing is ruined. They always come off as people who would like us all to be in funny little grey hats and suits, marching up and down the square and praising our "Great Leader", in this case, the developers.

I am sad, to be honest, that instead of looking at the root cause of why many people farm (the exorbitant cost of things in the market) and attempt to fix that economy, the developers have again made an attempt to control a behavior or style of play they find abhorrent.

In the end, I am a kind and honorable person, as many on my home server of Infinity would attest to, but with the advent of "MARTy" and the nerf of farming, I now feel like a "cheat" for the first time in my life.

I have been wanting to learn the "new" Hamidon raid system for some time. Did many back in the day...when you had 100 or so people in the Hive, but only done one or two since Hamidon changed.

So I am in. Just holler at me when I am on!

Yes and for some types of concepts, not being able to completely flatten the breasts on a female is a pain. I would love to have Baby Bumpkins (my child character) be younger than 12, more like 9. And for some of the "furry" types, flat chests would be a nice thing to have.

And Urban areas would be so cool. I can see it kind of like the Urban area in "Edward Scissorhands"---very retro looking and cartoony.

Things I would love to see: (and have asked for, for 3 years now)

1. Teams LFM as an option in team building with an ability to name your team, so that if you were on this great team you could look for it daily.

2. Pets for Mind trollers.

3. An option to NOT have breasts at all on female characters.

4. A true "urban" area. Not everyone lives in a "city".
