Leveling Pacts

  • New leveling Pacts have been disabled. All existing levelling pacts will continue to function.

French Server Select Screen
  • The following servers should once again be labeled correctly.
    • Freedom, Justice, Pinnacle, Virtue, Liberty

German Quick Emotes
  • The German language quick emote list will no longer freeze the client when clicking it.

Atlas Park/Mercy Island
  • Decreased the amount of time it takes for certain enemies to respawn in high traffic areas.
    • Hellion Informants in Atlas Park
    • Longbow Technicians in Mercy Island

Incarnate Trial - The Underground
  • Addressed an issue where Desdemona's invincibility at the end of the event would occasionally not apply, leading to her demise and failure of the trial.

Lord Recluse Strike Force
  • Fixed an issue where Longbow Chasers were not showing up in the first mission, preventing players from progressing

Mission Architect
  • Custom Critters within Mission Architect which are capable of self-revival will give no rewards when they are defeated for the second and subsequent times. The powers still contribute to the calculation of their custom XP values.

Seed of Hamidon
  • The Germinator Terminator badge should now more reliably be awarded to those who defeat the Seed of Hamidon.

Positron Task Force
  • Heroes in need of rescue should no longer spawn on the roof of City Hall.

Major blow to farming. Well, not really. Just means people will be going in and out of missions more often. Doesn't that increase server load, and aren't we about to have an influx of new players? Heh.

ALSO: It's not mentioned in the patch notes, but the AE custom costume bug which rendered most arcs uneditable and unpublishable seems to have been fixed!

Edit: For anyone foolish enough to believe this will actually dampen ticket farming rates at all, here's a fact: This will just lead people to farm mobs that don't self-rez, and since you don't need to clear anywhere near the total amount of mobs you get on an x8 ambush farm to hit the ticket cap with mission complete, this will not change ticket farming rates in the slightest.
What it will do it reduce the total experience and influence possible in a MA map, but that doesn't really mean anything to the powerlevelers except for an additional, perhaps, minute delay added to their schedules as they leave and reenter a mission more frequently.

Yeah, it might take 3 minutes now.

Seriously, this is barely going to put a dent in farms. It's more of an annoyance due to frequent map changes more than anything else.

More load screens, more server stress, maybe a 10% reduction in speed - being generous - and some required rejiggering of missions.

Crippling blow to farming, this is not.

Nor will it save story arcs. Not sure what the intended goal of this is.
