Yup, same. Billing date the 4th for me, all paid fine, still no bloody points.
We built this city on Rock and Roll!
No points.
Very disappointed.

Hey Z, its Oct. 11th and my account bills on Oct. 4th and I still don't have points....What's the deal with that?

Billing Date is the 1st, and like everyone else, no points. I'm struggling to let my better nature win here, and not be petty about this, but I'm rapidly losing that struggle. Again it's worth noting that my subscription is listed as "none" but I am VIP, and playable until February 1st, 2012.

So I have a question. I notice it says if your billing date is Oct 1st-10th, you're supposed to get your points today. My account was active from the announcement of the pre-release allowance up until September 23rd where I then downgraded to premium. On September 30th, I reactivated my account to VIP status and didn't get any points. Can I expect to get the stipend too? Or do I not get anything because I didn't wait one day?
I think Oct 11, 2011 has about 13 more hours in it.

Apologies for the delay in responding to this. We've been waiting for confirmation on the exact situation.
Here the situation: The script to award your monthly stipend of Paragon Points on the 11th was scheduled to go up with a billing publish that was slated for Monday. Unfortunately, this publish did not happen on Monday. This means that the script will go up during a billing publish tomorrow, 10/12/2011.
I know many of you are eagerly anticipating your monthly stipend of points and very much so appreciate your patience.
My apologies for the delay .

Edit: Um..what All-Hell said above. Is their mantenance tomorrow? or is that still Thursday morning, and if so, did you mean to say it'll be Thursday morning for points? Might wanna clarify that.

Now, as far as we understand it:
Transfer Tokens award on the 1st.
Paragon Reward Tokens award whenever your vet reward tokens awarded (which was based on your subscription date, right, so I assume they still are?) I subbed on June 18th, 2005, I used to always get my Vet Rewards on the 18th (every 3 months) so I should get my token on the 18th of October, right?
Paragon points award on your billing date, unless you're between the 1st and 10th at which point they will award on the 13th (at least for October), and will "slowly move backward over the coming months" to eventually line up with our billing date, is that right?
Do we need to keep track of the phases of the moon, or do the hokey-pokey, or anything else? Is that everything? Lord this is confusing.

I think that tokens come in on the billing date of the next month.
So we get our October tokens in Nov.

I doubt they will. they might adjust the transfers, but something tells me the Reward Tokens will stay tied to the old vet date, which is your sub date, as that system's been that way since it was put in. I can deal with that..and even if the Transfers stay the 1st, that's my billing date anyway, so it's effectively the same for me :P

My billing date was the 9th, no points awarded today, yet.
C'mon Paragon, sort it out. Some of us are wanting to get the StJ set.
