Though technically, yes, copyright infringement DOES exist for CoH's IP (i.e. Paragon, the Rogue Isles, Lord Recluse, Statesman, etc.)

Just a quick note to say thanks for addressing my (and our) concerns about the badge(s). I think that pretty much takes care of any issues I personally had (not having been able to see the changes to the STF/LRSF myself yet, I cannot comment on them, nor do I know if the Incarnate text seems good yet, as I've not seen it) so I am pleased with this.

To put it succinctly, on every MMO I've worked on, that count is up to 4 now, the words Rollback also mean a loss of customer progression from the current time stamp to the point of restoration. This means the loss of every item/loot dropped, any experience or levels, any achievement earned...you get the point.
In Game Development, because there are so many intertwined customer facing systems, there is rarely an elegant way to go in and completely pull out a feature or change. They can sometimes be disabled with a server side client command, but rarely, and I mean rarely, can they just be pulled out like a proverbial hair in the soup without significant risk.
When I tell you that a Rollback is srs bsnss, I'm not kidding.
And no, you're not howling. Questions are to be expected.
Someone's head needs to be smacked around a bit at least (perhaps not "put on a pike" though..I wouldn't be opposed) for pushing this build live with the massive pile of errors it has in it.
At the very least someone should be "on notice" should it happen again. -

Not a bug, not related to CoH, is a setting in your Nvidia control panel, under the "3D Settings" menu option. (File, Edit, Desktop, 3D Settings, and Help)
Just uncheck "Show PhysX Visual Indicator" and it'll fix that. If you have SLI there is also an option to "Show SLI Visual Indicator" which is handy to see if SLI works properly on a game (hint: it does in CoH, at least in AFR mode).
You'll want to be out of game when you change that, when you log back in, it should be gone. Yours must've gotten flipped somehow. Sadly...it doesn't say "PhysX--GPU" the way it SHOULD...but I've already expressed my displeasure with CoH's PhysX implimentation (i.e. lack of a proper one). -

As an update: Test seems to have been updated with potential Halloween Event testing, however, I can't (as I suspect few can) test it because the only character there is a level one version of my main who had evidently logged off in Galaxy. I think that's the copy I made for the Praetorian Invasion event on Freedom or something. The copy tool is still broken, so we can't copy characters over to actually test anything.

For the record,
I received my points sometime Wednesday, I had them by the time I logged in Wednesday evening, I understand not everyone got them at the same time though, but I'm just posting to let everyone know that they are, at least, being granted in some fashion. Now we'll wait and see if I get a vet token on the 18th, if so, all is good. -

NVM, I think this means I will get them Wednesday.
The cutoff may well have ended up being or will end up being either tomorrow, or Thursday after maint (i.e. anyone before then gets them then, and after then gets them whenever the date is) that would be my assumption given they planned to run this script on the 11th, which was the date originally quoted, but didn't. -

Also I think the string of posts after mine do justify my confusion. Also Zwill never said how long it would take for the script to work, just when it was going up. It was originally slotted to go up Monday for a disbursement of points on Tuesday. Is it so unreasonable to wonder if the script can effect a same day turn around on points if it goes up on Wednesday?

Not to be a pain about this, but if the script goes in on 10/12, does that mean we will actually get the points on 10/12? Or will it take some time for the script to run meaning we have yet another delay getting points. I agree with some other posters in that I am getting frustrated. I don't want to bash the system or the fine people behind it as it is the first month, but I am currently going to be at least 11 days delayed in getting my points. In the grand scheme of things it isn't a huge deal but I know for any other service I paid for that showed up 11 days late I would be asking for a discount. I doubt there will be any additional refunds for this problem, but it sure would be nice to see some sort of compensation for all VIP members affected, or heck even all VIP members. I mean throw an extra 100 pp on the total for our inconvenience or something. Doubt it happens but it would go a long way towards making me less disgruntled.

That's pretty much what we know. So check your sub date in the NC Account manager, that should be when you get your token. -

Paragon Reward Tokens award whenever your vet reward tokens awarded (which was based on your subscription date, right, so I assume they still are?) I subbed on June 18th, 2005, I used to always get my Vet Rewards on the 18th (every 3 months) so I should get my token on the 18th of October, right?
Paragon points award on your billing date, unless you're between the 1st and 10th at which point they will award on the 13th (at least for October), and will "slowly move backward over the coming months" to eventually line up with our billing date, is that right?
Do we need to keep track of the phases of the moon, or do the hokey-pokey, or anything else? Is that everything? Lord this is confusing. -
