a lot of poeple have guessed that they lumped everyones points in when i21 launched, so its expected will return to the predicted behavior in october

maybe its like old vet badges where they sometimes didnt award till really later in the day
I just found it odd cause my monthly server transfer was there.

after checking today i had an extra server transfer too even though my billing date is not until the 25th of the month, no points or reward tokens atm either so im guessing they are still testing the monthly awards

What part of "Let us know if you have any further questions" don't you get? Ask through your ticket, not in the forums.

all that aside these are forums and this part of the forum is to ***** about things that aren't working correctly obviously the points system and reward token system isn't working right. So, I am complaining.

Also it would be nice to have a Devs attention on this matter. i understand other players can't take care of the issue, at the same time being the tenth person to relay useless info doesn't help... Now there is truly legitimate reason to ask questions and raise a concern.
However... did you actually read the post you replied to?

1. Devs aren't likely to chime in (the signal to noise ratio in here is much higher on the noise)
2. You don't seem to understand that people are trying to help you, not give you useless info - you don't seem to understand the issues at hand, and thus people are trying to question/inform you - but you keep refusing to answer...and instead continue on your mild tirade
3. There is no [asterisks]ing forum. In fact, [asterisk]ing is against the forum rules and can get you a finger-shake from the mods.
If you want to see if other players are having your same problem, that's one thing. But to rant and rave and tell people their troubleshooting questions and helpful comments are "useless info" is another thing entirely. If you want to see if other people are having your same problem, leave the ranting out next time.

How about: "My billing cycle for each month begins on the 1st. Since it is now October 1st, I thought that I would recieve my allottment of 400 Paragon Points today as well as my Reward Token. I did not. Should I have recieved them today, or is something else going on? If I should have, can they be awarded to me?"
I will, however, freely admit that Paragon Studios has done a poor job in explaining to us how this system is supposed to work so that we know when it is broken and when it is working as intended.
I am eagerly anticipating the arrival of my points. I am very interested in the content in this thread.
I had been hoping that the points would arrive at the beginning of October.
Then I hoped they would arrive on my billing renewal date, which is today--which is not over yet.
Some people are saying that we won't get our points for October until November. Which is fine. w/e.
I am not sure what's going to happen nor what's been said should happen.

that does clear things up, really surprised an official announcement was not made about that though since it is a pretty big deal
so my billing cycle turned over today i have been billed and evry thing but no 400 points and no reward token... why?
