That's (likely) a bit mis-leading. The September tokens and points were awarded at launch of Freedom (VIP headstart) so you got them already, you didn't actually go 34 days. I calculated I should've had 1200 points when Freedom launched, I had 1600, I figured out it was because September's points were in that batch as well, so I quickly figured out there wasn't anything to worry about. I feel even worse cause I was 3 days from another 3 month vet reward grant when Freedom went live, so I felt a little screwed. But realizing that I'd be getting them every month instead of every 3 was a consolation. It'll all work out, they aren't screwing us out of anything, just having some..birth pains at the moment with Freedom. Still better than CoV's launch, and the massive debacle that was ED/GDN.

I'm with Peerless. They apparently awarded the September stuff at go-live because I got 400 more points and 1 more token than I thought I was going to get. My anniversary is on the 28th so time between tokens is going to be huge for me but I look at it as September's being 2 weeks early and not October's being 2 weeks late.
I am still bummed that I spent my points on the assumption that I'd get my next 400 on the 2nd and I still haven't gotten them as of last night. I broke down and bought points over the weekend so I could snag the cheaper costume slots because I have no idea when they'll be on sale again and 600 seems expensive much less their normal price of 800. I could have afforded it if I had only gotten my points when I was supposed to but if we were still under our old system I would have spent something on the barbarian pack so I'm ok... or so I keep telling myself. The two extra tokens helped sooth the hurt too. 
My tokens and points are missing but I am not blowing a gasket...it's not that serious.

Except my token count doesn't add up to the full September count. I got 78 month badge on 22 September which means that on I21 start up I should have gotten 35 tokens and I got 34. Base 1 plus box 2 plus 6 for years plus (78/3) 26 equals 35.

Freedom launched on the 13th. You only count Vet badges up to that time for starting award.
77/3 round down is 25.
Plus 6 years
Plus 1 for box
Plus one base
Equals 33.
Plus Septembers early, equals 34.
has anyone been able to confirm exactly what the heck is going on? a few days ago it was (oct 11th) then on the 11th it was (tomarrow) now it's tomarrow so i assume now the date is next year?

i already know that...what you dont know it was back on the 4th. thats when i should have gotten my tokens, and nothing yet. no tokens from the 4th and no points from yesterday or today...nothing!! all based on posts from zwillinger who seems to have no idea whats going on.

For the record,
I received my points sometime Wednesday, I had them by the time I logged in Wednesday evening, I understand not everyone got them at the same time though, but I'm just posting to let everyone know that they are, at least, being granted in some fashion. Now we'll wait and see if I get a vet token on the 18th, if so, all is good.

I didnt get 400 Paragon points too. Support, answers too late and still my problem unsolved, i hope fix this thing.
I am goin to necro this thread rather then make a nother.
So my account wheb preim for a week( no net so didnt renew) just put a time card ob,my account and gfs for first time.. She got her points I got nothing. Just transfer... Any word on when it well get fixed...
