First off let me say im re-installing game as we speak.
Logged in this morning to wierdest graphic errors i have ever seen. Did a full restart of computer and game. Upon entering game by settings/keybinds/controls were all goofed up and ALL my global/server friends lists were gone.
I am by no means new to CoH so i have seen a few of these problems before but this was getting excessive. I reset most of the controls and started sending Offline Messages to friends so they were aware of this loss, then sent a Pettion to the Devs regarding the problem when things went south fast. After adding a few back to list and swapping toons settings changed again and lost the few people i re-added to globals,then the game crashed.
Now when attempting to log in getting cannot connect messages..
Anyone else have this problem? Did Coh Implode in a War while i slept .??heheh

I am by no means upset nor pointing fingers, just hoping someone may have experienced something similar to helpme fix it.
Note i ran a fullsystem check on my Computer and found no malware, viruses ect...
Definately a wierd way to start the weekend of fighting crime.
Any help or advice appreciated, starting with could i have posted this thread in a better place..Thanks alot to best community of players i know -

I was actually going to also purchase some extra points to augment the ones I would get from my subscription, but since I never got the ones from my subscription, I have been holding off spending any more money on COH.
I am pretty sure that I am not the only one who has delayed further purchases because of this issue.
It would be nice if you did a "Baker's Dozen" kind of service perk to reward those who were inconvenienced by this bug. It is growing more and more annoying by the day.
Frustrated alot at this point..you think 1st= new month, no no no..its bill date that makes sense...so 2 more days (man i want to try this content of Street Justice) send e-mail and get letter stating "you must wait till the 11th" ok sucks, but ok then you see the VIP arc #2, damn still no points....11th comes and goes..No points...hmmmm but they said 11th? let me recheck...yeah oh delayed till 12 with publish ok thats not bad ..Log in on 12..WHAT? still no points? I gotta say that i miss the first 6 years of COH when i payed $15 and got the content..now i still pay 15$ but cant see the arcs, cant see all the power sets or content. So even tho i spent $60 on COh then bought CE for cape ect.. then $40 i think on COV, the $29 on Good vs.Evil, all the costume packs i have for around $60 or so (includes Mac items) then i buy Going Rogue for $39 plus all the while 6+ years of $15 a month this equals well over $1000+ ( i have 2 accounts both with same content)
I not only have to go thru all this now with points and content, but i ALSO have to spend even more if my account goes offline Just to access over 10+ of my characters to RE-Purchase controllers for an additional $15?
Does this seem that the Vets and loyal players are getting the shaft yet the F2P people can just spend either nothing to play basic or a couple hundred and just get it all now?

For last few hours i have read and read again your builds and guide.
Sadly no matter what i tweak on mine i cant seem to get the numbers on PA to go lower
I even pulled up both of yours and deleted like 5 of your enhances to cancel recharge and ya still have better recharge on PA.
I added up all of your and my recharge% of each power checked them all for rule of 5 and i have only 4 of each max (3x6.25, 4x5.0, 4x7.5 and 4x10) I have NO idea what else to change or tweak to get mine lower or your higher..this has been the most frustrating morning...

I did look at your guide before i posted, and it helped alot. Ill look again if i missed anything but didnt see the Purple sets like Apocolypse listed , nor did i see some of the other epics.
Mostly i listed my powers so i can figure how many slots those existing powers would need and what enhances based on those powers would be the best fit.

Hello all,
First off let me say thanks in advance for any help or tips you can offer regarding my questions. Im a veteran of 5 years (offline for 2 years)and have just returned for GR and have no clue what i am doing with all these IO sets.
I have spent hours upon hours browsing the web and reading thru hundreds of posts to better understand these sets and bonuses. ALOT of what i read helps me greatly but their are few things i simply cannot locate or make sense of.
Of all the posts and Builds i have read so far i see few if any using the Purple Very Rare IO sets. So was wondering which i should use to help maximize the only character i will ever use these on. My Main is a 50 Illusion/Rad Troller/Primal Forces
I love to team and solo and im very interested in having my PA's become Permanent again but its not the only thing im after.
Currently i have about 40 Hami-O's in my build since im an old timey Phantom dropper back in the day of Hami Raids. From what i see tho, alot of these sets offer as much if not way more than what i currently have and would like to keep my current powers but respec the amount of slots and fill them up with the appropriate IO sets.
I wont list all my current slotting or whats in them but my powers are as follows:
1- Blind
1- Radiant Aura
2- Spectral Wounds
4- Decieve
6- Recall Friend
8- Superior Invisibility
10-Hover
12- Swift
14- Fly
16- Health
18- Phantom Army
20 Stamina
22 -Radiation Infection

From what i have read the Purple sets that would help these Power sets were:
Apocolypse for Spectral wounds or Power Blast
Coercive Persusion for Decieve
Unbreakable Restraint for Flash
and
Soulbound Allegiance for Phantasm??
Not sure if this is so, if so how many of the 6 are needed, how many slots in these and other powers to maximize all these new and confusing IO enhancments.
In Powers like Radiation Infection, most builds i have seen Show Touch of lady grey but no -to hit buff Io's?? Way to many + and - stat increases, this rule of 5 and #'s for my old brain to comprehend. So please if ya can help an old man out,im at a loss of what is what with this stuff.

I only want to max out my all time favorite Character of the 40 or so i have. This process is time consuming and quite expensive as you all know but im willing to do whatever i can to my Main.
