I think a lot of people have, as some people have stated, seen very little anime, and what anime they have been exposed to may not have been representative of the entire genre (what part can be, is an obvious question).
There are a number of costume sets already in the game that evoke anime style for some, but just general japanese style for others, or something entirely different. Mecha Armor, the Samurai costume pieces, ninja costume pieces, etc.
The style of Dragonball Z is very different from the style of Ghost in the Shell, or Yokohama Shopping Trip. There's a big range of what you can do with "anime style" and I would be hesitant to dismiss the whole thing or accept the whole thing too quickly.
Anyway, those are my thoughts. Some interesting discussion here.

In the email window, you now have Email, Account Items, and Character Items.
Account Items are items awarded to every character on an account, and includes most/all the old Veteran Rewards (now rolled into the Paragon Rewards tokens system).
Character Items are one-offs, claim it on a character and only that character gets it. The new stuff tends towards this.
Anything listed in the paragon market as "VIP Content :" is something you are getting as part of your sub.
www.paragonwiki.com is still around of course. Remember, if it has ads, it's not the real thing

THIS was a great move for me, especially considering I missed the Autumn Path aura when it was out. On top of that, when the powerset is 800 points and the bundle with Leaves/Autumn aura is 880, it's a no-brainer to snag the bundle if you're missing either of those little extras.

The three who would be able to do it are Zwill, Freitag, and HitStreak.
Zwill is best left alone for now as he's busy, so that leaves the other two.

I do believe that to run her a second time, your character would of needed to pre-date Going Rogue and it's update to the praetorian/Portal Corps arcs.

Unyielding was unyielding stance - which meant you couldn't move to follow them when they ported. You couldn't turn off unyielding stance, because that meant you would be held. Even if you managed to get close enough to hit them, that wouldn't last, because their Hurricane could debuff the range of melee attacks. To zero.

That's them! I was trying to hang onto the ones I had but accidentally used them, or whatever. I think they went away before base storage was a thing (or possibly even bases, period).
Also, there was a time when Resolves/Determinations/Sheer Willpowers were dropping along with Break Frees. I have more screenshots from around that time with the UI on, and you can see the insp trays changing, and occasionally there'd be BFs and Resolves in them together. And then shortly after that, no more Resolves in the screenshots. -
