i was surprise I managed to claim an EU code 2 hours after it was posted - wasn't intending to try as I'm not a fan of this method of give away -but thought - why not.
hope its released another way because its quite a nice aura -
I mentioned it elsewhere , but I'll add it here... it doesn't work on the new gravity/propel .. the new narrow KB cone still stays as KB and not KD if this proc is slotted.
As others have said - also tested in Singularity and doesn't work -

How about the fact that the Proc is NOT adding actual KD to powers without current KB? Can you confirm that this is a known issue and being looked at? -
I've tried slotting overwhelming KB to KD in propel - however , it still does knockback in its narrow cone
I've also tried slotting in Singularity - again singularity's repel field is throwing targets away - i would have expected knockdown -
I like CoX costume creator but the following really need looking into
PP and APP customization
HEAT/VEAT customization (they lowered the req to level 20 to unlock these but not being able to customise to the degree other ATs can be is a put off)

Since the thread now talks bout KB -> KD
Does anyone know if you slot it into Singluarity , its repulsion field changes and rather than knocking back mobs , it will just knock down ? -
Since there's going to be a water based powerset - could we get a sharks fin as a back detail please - sorry if this is posted in the wrong place

Thats why the impact mechanism has been introduced - your standard hold was preventing propel and lift from doing their knock affect which was reducing their control potential. Impact has added a damage component to make up for this -

I've just used live support- thats a pretty good feature.

As Deluxe is what was called the Collector's edition here, I'm going to say it should include the VIP badge and the Prestige Power Slide. So it would add (unless the OP did already apply a deluxe code previously) and should be something he can upgrade with.
Just to make sure, you went and put your ticket in via the support page at NCSoft.com, right?
And if it's been two days (this being the 3rd) I recommend you "update" the ticket with "still waiting/yet to receive assistance" -
just to be clear - there is a european box set called "Deluxe" that came with powerslide and cape. - its old but you can still track it down. I live in Europe - had european account for years - since i13 i think it was - I originally created the account with GvE code.

I have a european account.
I add the code from my existing account screen - the one with the options in the top right - add code , add time card etc... it takes me to the code entry entry screen. I put the code in - then in prompts me for a new account name and warns me it can't match an existing one.
The tickets been open with support for 2 days now with no reply -

Thanks for replying - I think it was called "collectors" in the US.
Its the one with power slide and cape of the 4 winds.
I've tried selecting my account - going to "add code" - but when I put in the code it prompts me to create an account - even though I started the process from the desired account in the first place.
I googled it - and I found someone had to get support to add the code for them, but that was a few years ago and I was hoping it had changed.... -
Hi - I've already got a VIP account - started years ago with GvE pack.
I've got a Deluxe code and want to add it. But it keeps asking me to create a new account. There is no option to add it to my old account.
Any ideas.
I've logged a ticket - weirdly the email points me towards the german support site to update the ticket (no updates yet)

I skipped temporal selection on my grav/time
I spend a fair bit of time solo and Singularity doesn't get much from it
(I may take it when i make a darktime though) -

Most of my Characters have 1 costume slot for normal street clothes. - A secret identity.
I was just thinking - it would be cool if my new dark controller would be able to turn the Umbral Beast into the German shepard dog - so the pet also has a secret identity -
I'll probably try a Dark/Time - if it goes well I'll spend some inf.
I'm not totally loaded but have some inf stashed away - I don't normally use procs but if I did - which ones would be good and in which powers on Dark/Time please - Thank you -
