Wy stop at fins?!? Maybe shark tails too, webbed hands and scaley skin. And not to mention Shark heads. Like the minotaur and other beast heads. We could have a regular shark head, a scarred and cut up shark, a design for a Great white, a mixture of the last three and a hammer head shark.
I like this idea! Hopefully they don't make it a tier 9 set! hahaha 
The only way it'd become a tier 9 costume set is if the set had corresponding weapons like a shark gun, shark bow, shark pistols, shark axe...
Although I wouldn't mind a sharktooth sword.

I'm always good for fish costume stuff, back detail, hand and foot fins, a fish finned tail, all good. we kind of have arm/leg fins, but it would be nice to have bare versions, rather than the bulky boot/glove look. I also would like wing options that look like rikuo from darkstalkers

At the Player Summit, Fish Costume was one of the ideas picked by the devs. The girl talked about having fish parts and such, and it got an okay response. The devs said they were keeping all the cards and could very well make some of the other suggestions.
Given that we already have a bunch of animal costume pieces, and we have a water set coming up, I wouldn't be surprised to see some fish/aquatic parts added.

And theres nothing wrong with furs! even if someone doesnt like them, you should still make them feel welcome in the game.
