Paragon Points in as of today! Huzzah!
No sign yet of my October reward token, however. Signed up Dec 02, 2007, no billing/playtime gaps. Billing date has slid to the 8th of the month over time. now the 12th. Just curious. (Well, I plan to get Reveal as my first tier seven eward to battle the Fog of War bug, so a bit more than just "curious" 
)

This one fix should ensure that the script runs, and self corrects to your actual billing date, moving forward.

hey, Zwillinger, I feel compelled to point out that we still don't know when the Server Transfer tokens are rewarded -- end of VIP month, beginning of VIP month, middle of VIP month...
I feel a bit silly when I have to tell people in the Help channel that the Devs don't know the answer to this question. Of course, I know you're not a Dev, you're an awesome CR dude, but if the Devs knew, surely they'd have told you by now. And surely there should be a FAQ somewhere that tells new users all this stuff, and that Support could use to tell people when they petition with questions. But I'm thinking there's not. This befuddles me.
Well, I do finally have my points now that I check back in a few hours later.
But, could you please Edit your OP to no longer state people get their points on October 11th Zwil? Even though it won't matter anymore after today passes? Still plenty of people and hours left who will have wondered, and will wonder what the heck is going on, and see misleading information in the OP.
Clearly, we need more lasers.
i looked and still no points and no tokens, no word from support either, no nothing and $15 paid. at this point frustrated is the term im gonna use about the customer service. makes me miss cuppajo :P

I have a question i need answered please...has the accounts been fixed? You suggest paying in advance to avoid losing VIP Status, all fine and good, however, when I use to do this I noticed (eventually) my billing day changed to the day I applied a time card.....with NO CREDIT for the time I just lost!! In all fairness, after i put a ticket in i did get credit for the lost time, but thats rather annoying to do everytime I renew my account status. Has this been address at all?

I have now got the 400 monthly points as of today however as a tier 8 i didnt get the extra 150? Bug or am i missing something? I thought i'ld be getting 550 a month since im tier 8?
Edit: Just got told i only get the extra 150 once i FILL UP the whole of tier 8 and not just a bit of it, was under wrong impression, my fault.

3:21pm PDT and still no points? so is this script going to continue to run all night to be sure we all get them today (or early to marrow depending.)

Yay got my points. Now I just need to wait a couple of days to get my next reward token, since that's when my veteran reward date was. (Must get /vault)

Regardless...
They award on the 1st of the month, upon your first login.
1st as in calendar first, so everyone already received theirs.

Logged in excitedly after work on the 11th - no polnts.
Logged in excitedly after work on the 12th - no points.
I need these points to distract me from reading political and financial news which could make my head explode.
Do you really want that on your conscience.

Well I still haven't gotten any points or an answer to my questions so I'll have to ask again. Will I get any points because I reactivated my account on Sept 30th? If not, would I have gotten points if I waited a day to reactivate on Oct 1st? If so, does that seem fair to you?

You should have received your Monthly point allotment for September already (the day you reactivated or on the day Issue 21 launched if you were active previously in the month). You should receive your Monthly points for October on 10/30.

Thanks for the updates Z, I just have one final request, could you please clarify the "same schedule as the old veteran rewards" thing. I'm still confused. In simple terms, my Paragon Rewards token for October will come around my billing date in November, correct? Cause when I see old schedule, it makes me think every three months, which is contrary to what I think the system is supposed to be.

On a related note, all Points added to your account, INCLUDING the VIP stipend and stipend bonus, show up under your 90 transaction history... Nice.
And all bonus points show as a different item on the list than the initial amount they were awarded with.

Thanks for the news! This is great to know! I was quite befuddled.
I know that you guys all look forward to the 3 rewards happening on the same date (the beginning of our VIP month) as much as we do!

Remember, when you pay your monthly subscription, you're paying for the month to come, not the month that just passed.
Since you activated on 9/30 your allotment of points received at that time was for the period of 9/30 - 10/30.
When you renew your VIP subscription on 10/30 it will be for the period of time between 10/30 and 11/30.

Just curious, as I haven't received any outside of launch and points bought. As I used them right away in both scenarios, I know that it didn't reward.
