What is a game feature that you never knew existed?

Recently after 8 years of playing I learned that if you clicked the first for F keys your character will eat an insp, yes that is truly sad but what are some features that the game offers that you had no idea about?

For years I had no idea X was also the descend key while flying. I'd got really good at controlled descents too by toggling fly off and on again just before hitting the ground.

More recently - there's a tooltip for the level icon in the middle of the xp circle which shows you your security, sidekick/exemplar and/or combat level if you hover the cursor over it for a second or two.

WHOA hahaha, well a friend of mine recently blew my mind with something that i hadnt known since i started playing when villains launched. but now i cant remember what it was...

though i found out recently, you can auto-target a teammate. but i forgot how to do that too :/

oh, when you click a character you can find out their local name, or add a note about the character, and it also saves their name so you know what other characters they've played. makes you realize it's a small world sometimes XD

That you can abuse Ouroboros and start a flashback arc to get to places in a hurry.
And even though I've known this for a long time now, it was the coolest thing ever when I realized you could use ; as a replacement for /em for emotes.

When respeccing, after selecting a power or placing slots, you can press "enter" to move to the next stage. For YEARS I had been moving the mouse and clicking "continue" instead. Respecs took forever.

That you can use a invention table in any AE building by searching for "craft center".

You can buy 10 Salvage Slots in RWZ for 500 otherwise relatively useless vanguard merits - character, not account wide btw

If someone is relogging but you did not tell you th character's name, if they have said something in any chat you have available, you can click on the name, Get Global, and it will say "(relogged character name) has the global name (global)"

I just stumbled on this one a few months ago:

If you have the auction house window up and the enhancement trays up you can simply click directly on the enhancements in the enhancement trays and they will automatically move into the auction window.

I know that may sound relatively pointless, but if you sell as many crafted enhancements as I do saving the extra motions of clicking on enhancements and dragging them across the screen to drop them into the auction window actually adds up to a lot of saved time and hassle.

For years i didnt know you could colour chat channels different to each other.
With the amount of channels i usually have up, it makes life a LOT easier when you simply look out for a specific colour

Until a couple weeks ago I didn't know there was a Science store in Talos Island.

Until yesterday, my boyfriend - whose purpled-out dominator has all Incarnate powers at tier 4, some of them more than once - didn't know you could convert incarnate shards into threads.

I've been to the astral store a few times to buy costumes and whatnots for a while. Only recently did I see I could unlock Alpha slot with Atrals for another character. My stalker ran a BAF, purchased the coupon, my tank became incarnate by opening an email.

When recording video, the "disable2d" command is great for being able to hiding the UI. I often bind "++disable2d" to DECIMAL, so I can just hit that key and completely hide the whole UI until I hit it again... I'd highly recommend you don't just manually turn it on, otherwise you'll have to manually turn it off without being able to see the chat window! (certainly possible, but if you're not comfortable with slash commands it could get very messy)

It used to be that the North and South trams were part of different networks. It's been possible to jump between them without loading since they merged the networks.
