This just goes and reinforces my view on marketing.

I was really looking forward to the leprechaun; I find it cute and thought it would be amusing to have it following around my animated tree character and make keebler elf jokes about it. But I just can't process that price point. I've grabbed every costume/pet/power/goofy ability except the carpet (which I'm still planning on getting when I have more points handy) and a couple of the npc costume transformations so I don't have a lot of sales resistance, but this is to far beyond the threshold of reason to me.

When you guys patched it last night to make it no longer die in battle like a veteran rewards pet you forgot to change the outright insulting price, just FYI.

I would love to see the actual numbers on how many people REALLY buy this pet for this insane price. Personally I plan on asking anyone I see with a leperchaun out for 2 billion influence since they OBVIOUSLY enjoy throwing their money away.

Considering I'm funding any of my new chars with my almost-billionaire main, I'm afraid I can't see myself putting up the points to give this chappy a home.

It would be nice if someone could port over his invulnerability to the vet buff-pets, however...

I don't see how it's OBVIOUS they're wasting money. At the very least, I don't see how it's more of a waste of money than being a VIP when you could be playing for free. I've often seen console fans claim any game you pay a subscription fee to is an obvious waste of money, ignoring the fact that (presumably) we see a value in it that those people don't.

There is a fairly obvious (see, it CAN be spelled without being all in capital letters) between 'throwing money away' and disagreeing with your opinion on the value of a single item, even if it is a subjective difference.

By the way, leprechaun, not leperchaun.

Still hate the visit Winscott mission- make it dropable, have it give actual exp or remove it altogether. PS- Down knows who you are.

625x625 is hardly full screen unless you are running at 800x600. If so, might I suggest getting a bigger monitor? At any rate, I've replaced it with a smaller image.

The enhanced storage (salvage, enh trays, recipes) is by far the best thing puchaseable in the paragon market. They could double the recipe/salvage/ah #s in the market and I'd buy up all the rest in a heartbeat.
