Lovely, all for this one and will be getting it. Unlike that emote one.
Hopefully a little cheaper than the super boosters, but I don't think it will be.
And I'm kinda glad there's no power included, as dont feel too many buff bonues should be a pay to get thing. All for other moverment abilities like different animation nnja run, or an assemble the team type power etc, just getting cautious of all the buff stuff.
I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.

To answer some questions:
Price
The City of Heroes Origins Pack will retail for $9.99 / 8.99 /£5.99.
When
November 2nd does sound like a good day. I think November 3rd is a better date though.
The Capes
It may not be obvious in the trailer, but the Impervium Mantle cape is Ultra-moded. The art team did some miraculous things to make that happen.
Nature Origin
It turns out that there is no Nature Origin, however, there is a Natural origin, which the updated trailer now reflects.
What's so Mutant about Founder's Falls
Penny Preston is in Founder's Falls. Plus it's a really cool looking zone.
Finally, as Ocho noted, these are themed. Your Technology Origin Praetorian Robot Corrupter is free to runaround with the Autumnal Cape and Bio Plasma aura, starting at Level 1.

Are the auras able to be used in combat-mode only, as well as all the time?

And you can customize them so they will show up on specific parts of the body.

On a related note, please note that I19 is FREE, I20 is FREE, and these are OPTIONAL COSTUME PIECES. When you live in a Capitalistic society, people occasionally expect to be paid for their efforts. So really no new issues for people that just pay their sub in a while or any time in the near future, kinda makes ya scratch your head as to what excatly the subscription money goes to.

You get what you pay for. Go back and look at the free costumes we got with the issues, and compare them to what we are getting in the boosters. The content in the boosters, and in GR is far superior to the items of the past. I am not going to slight Jay, and the work of the past, but with boosters I am sure it is worth it to the company to focus on those cool bits a bit more.
I don't love the price, but I can live with it. Wish it had a new costume change emote with each one.

More tip missions, merged Trains, inspirations in every hospital, 2 free auras, Calvin Scott Task force in oroborous, One brand new story arc for each side, alternate power animations, inherent fitness, the ability to log out to character select, and new badges are ALL FREE.
[EDIT] Furthermore, if you continue to make the assertion that issue 19 is nothing more than tacked on additions that they couldn't add to the release because they "rushed it", then that logic also applies to the first 18 issues doing the same thing for heroes and the past 12 for villains. Which is just silly.

It does seem a little light compared to the other booster that are the same price. Very awesome, but light.

For this pack makes sense to add some requested tweaks for the origin boosters costumes, like:
Cyborg: 2 costume change emotes.
Magic: Female baron jacket, boots and hat. Male bat-witch costume.
Science: New costume set based on unified field facade cape design.
Ninja/Natural: New costume set based on autumnal cape design.
Mutant: Organic claws and Organic armor with skin.
Come on, if you going to release an Origin pack with capes and auras for 10 dollas, then please, add a few tweaks that lacks from the original Origins boosters, so everybody will be happy.

Well this is definitely better than the Party Pack as I don't use emotes at all myself.
I use auras on most of my characters for at least 1 costume, capes are only on a very few as I am not a big fan of 90% the standard capes. So this hits my sweet spot on the aura's anyway. Capes are a mixed bag. Dislike the Science cape a lot but some of the others are interesting.
I wonder if they could add an aura for cape only? Flaming capes, capes with steam billowing out of them might actually look pretty cool.

I can't see the trailer from work, but this sounds exactly like the kind of thing I want out of a bonus pack or whatever these are called: Costumes and auras. Probably will grab it the day it comes out.
