Maybe it's just me but I think energy blast should have all its powers KB 100% of the time instead of like 20% or 50% or 60% or whatever all the powers are. Other blast sets secondary work 100% of the time rads def debuffs, sonics res debuffs, fires extra damage etc.
I can understand why kelds blasts don't have 100% KB chance they have multi secondary effects in their powers. Either way I have a 50 energy blaster and a 50 peacebringer and I play on freedom and this whole "teams whine about KB" is blow way outta propotion on the forums. I had someone complain about my KB once on a FARM that's it no regular missions or TFs ever. -
IDK if this has been mentioned or not but the buff i would really like to see is make it so their inherent gets the SK treatment and has no tether at all. Seems simple and fair to me.

Broadsword for tankers sounds cool but tanks do get a few range attacks, super strengh and stone melee both get hurl boulder just fyi.

I'm currntly running the chain incinerate-scorch-cremate-scorch but looking to respec to top of the line can anyone help me, what is the best DPS attack chain for fire melee and how much recharge is necessary for each of the attacks?

Sure basically a new power pool that instead of powers gives enhancement slots for powers you already have. Kinda of a different take on power pools.
I figure power pools are to help give the characters alittle something extra they need ie a heal so aid self, or alittle defence so weave or what ever. Well some types of toons are already well rounded but could use some extra slots for their powers like kelds and SOA and stuff. -
an idea for a slot power pool to get more enhancement slots.
Tier 1- 1 slot
Tier 1- 1 slot
Tier 2- 2 slots
Tier 3- 3 slots
Since there is two tier 1 powers in other power pools ie fitness has swift and hurdle there should also be two tier 1s in this with a total of 7 extra slots. -

I don't really mind paying for stuff people give me. Since their time isn't worthless, why shouldn't they get paid for it? On a related note, please note that I19 is FREE, I20 is FREE, and these are OPTIONAL COSTUME PIECES.
When you live in a Capitalistic society, people occasionally expect to be paid for their efforts. I have no problem with that.
So really no new issues for people that just pay their sub in a while or any time in the near future, kinda makes ya scratch your head as to what excatly the subscription money goes to. -

Ok i know how to make some basic macro commands but something a little more I need help with hopefully someone can help me. Thanks in advance.
I need a macro to keep my 3 minion class pets in BG mode while my 2 liutenant and boss class pets attack. I am using zombies as my primary if that makes a difference. -

what? You don't think NCsoft makes money of $15 a month from all the subs? Any new content is free? What you just said makes absolute zero sense.
If the game were NOT making money of the $15 a month it would be outta buisness. No sane person pays $15 dollars a month for access to a game without knowing before hand that it will have semi recent updates to it and no sane company would try to charge for a game with no updates.
Here's how I look at it a good game cost roughly $50-60 dollars last 20 hours, exceptions like super mario galaxy which is 100+ hours I will leave out cause they are the exception. So if the devs can deliver roughly 20 hours gameplay every 4 months I am sattisfied and they can make as much content for boosters as the like.
This is pretty rational and I think most people woul agree to it. -

Me, I have all of the boosters. I teetered on the Dance pack, but when it hit, I had some extra cash.

You know those kiosks through out the zones and that actually don't work but have things in them well take a look at this
Why would they have been upgraded with new enemy types? Seems like a complete waste of time considering no stats are actually listed. Can anyone shed some light on this mystery. -

Huge DBZ fan here too and that isn't saiyan armour, just generic armor the frieeza and his men wore, pretty much anyone that was part of frieezas crew. The only saiyen that wears it on a consistent basis is Vegeta(of the saiyens that don't die) where as pretty much all frieeza men wear them.

I think it stinks too just like switching sides and how one can only do 5 tip missions a day. When you gotta gate content with timers it stinks of laziness. They coulda made it take way longer to get A-merits or switch side instead they decided lets put a timer on it cause then we don't have to think to hard duhhh.

OK I looked at it looks preety good to me only 1 thing I would think about changing is health you could just leave the base slot with either the numina or miracle proc cause between domination refilling your end bar and the 3 purple sets you got recovery covered. Where would I put them umm maybe thorny darts but it doesn't really matter that much. And the regen tissue proc is useless fore a dom, your at 11.89 hp/sec with it and 10.79 hp/sec without.

It was a level 10 enhancement I think, slotted in Hide on my MA/SR Stalker. -

I havent seen let me in yet but I have seen the euro version even before the american remake was being made and I liked it but like some others in this film it just wasn't the right type of weird. Like the kid in his under pants in one scene why? To weird but I like wierd no matter what but alot don't(ever see human centipede don't get much weirder).
Anne Rice writes some weird stuff in her books much wierder then kid in his under pants they just don't make that into movies. Instead they make Lestat killing and trapping a ****** in a coffin(maybe not in that order) just to torrment Loius that's the type of wierd american culture likes and thats why Anne Rice vampire movies are the best and Let me in failed.

The reason the mission in the tutorial is a solo morality mission is because that is what GR is about. Making choices that affect your character and determine if he will be good or evil. It would be stupid to put that in the game and not show people what to expect in the tutorial.
