Much of what I would like to comment on, I cannot for a variety of reasons. That means most of my posts are relegated to things I can comment on without stepping on the toes of marketing or potentially saying something that is incorrect.

I know there is some good info being released sooner, rather than later, but what it is and when, I can't say.

We do aim to please!

I hope all is well in the dev world, we look forward to testing the fruits of your labor

[edit: Dang it, I went to ambush a redname and got surrounded by a Castle instead.]

Unfortunately, having delivered that ultimatum in Korean, NCSoft accidentally told Positron via Babelfish to start taking dance lessons while increasing his charitable contributions. This opened the door for War Witch to wrest command of Paragon Studios from Brian Clayton, who was too busy playing Modern Warfare 2 to notice.

Castle, seeing that his once loyal servants, Synpase and Sunstorm, were no longer worshiping him as a god, began secretly conducting experiments in the basement of Paragon Studios' offices, the singular goal of which was to create an army of undead followers bent on usurping the throne.

BaB stumbled upon his unholy lair and was consumed. A hollow apparition now roams the halls, its flailing spasmotic lurches a stark contrast to the smooth animations it still produces as if by reptilian instinct. However, the mindless husk no longer has the capacity for forum conversation, and is now forced to use the only form of communication compatible with its now animalistic nature: twitter.

Meanwhile, within the interdimensional warp which houses the texture and costume department...

Should I be concerned that all of that made sense to me?

Yes

Sometimes you get the bear; sometimes he get you, rips your head off, sucks out your eyes, pulls out your spleen, humps your leg and pees in your boots

Sure, I understand. I was just clarifying the behavior so that it didn't seem to be this sudden change that the original post would imply.

I'd surmise that Matt Miller was not meeting managements expectations, and due to stress and health didn't think he could, despite the PR spin that there was no demotion.

Personally I think the i13/i14 debacle, the ridiculous over the top AE leveling response, and the woefully enept job Marking has been allowed to do for multiple years now, are all signs of poor overall leadership.

My guess is the brass has given management level ultimatums after reviewing last Quarters subscription numbers and the project status of Going Rogue and or i17.

And I'm sure the stress has turned into frustration for many of the dept leads, just look at BaBs a few weeks ago.

.
Bwahahahahahahahahahahaha!

Funniest thing I've read all day.

Thanks, I needed a good laugh.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Black Pebble is my new hero.

He didn't say "please everybody" so yes, you are.

Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.

I'd buy a novel with this as the back cover blurb. Get to work!

A generous application of Force Lightning to the Marketing guys might make them loosen up a bit on GR.

Random villain of mine: "I am a true servant of the Empire. I even take my copy of To Serve the Emperor everywhere I go!"

Seer: "It's a cookbook!"
