Cool Tricia...i16 not only lets me color my powers but it lets me color my feelings about this feature of i16 as unimpressed and uninterested...now is that mud brown or lackluster grey...or do the devs think that mud brown and lackluster grey are too saturated for my needs and reduced me to use stale brown or boring grey as appropriate color palettes?

Hey, how about maybe throwing that into the first veteran reward or something? "Congrats, we know you've been through this before. Have a boost next time."
There is always the option to turn off XP.

No, I see your point, but seriously the ability to turn off XP is a viable option. In fact, I have been known to do it myself if I was in danger of outleveling the Atlas Park Mayhem Mission (Gotta have my Raptor Pack...GIMME GIMME).

The hollows on the other hand was my favorite place before Revamp + leveling curve

Hmm. I think he took a couple of longer places than I remember. Been a long time since I accidentally respecced into 'no travel' powers and had to run to Terra Volta.

Still here, even after all this time!

So yes if wanted coop at low level then move the AE building or make a kiosk or something in Pocket D that would be a better option for lowbies looking for coop missioning at low level.

As in valentines event you can do that coop low level in Pocket D

And yes remove the AE building from the warzone it seems out of place with the ongoing battle in there to have an entertainment facility in the middle of a warzone !

I support this. If you really want the AE building to stay in the RWZ at least make it so there is a dimensional portal within the Vanguard base to where it resides in its own little pocket shadow shard and get that massive virtual themepark building out of the middle of a war zone.

Please rethink this. It needs to be global friends. Let's say I have 5 alts. I now have to friend all of my friends and their alts(let's say 3 per) just to get all of them added as friends. If I have even 3 friends, that's making sure I have added 45 characters as friends for just that server, and I think I'm being more than kind in terms of numbers.

Most? If by most you mean the subsection of players that insist on taking all possible toggle power before getting Stamina, or the ones that refuse to slot end reduction enhancements, then I'll agree.

Villains have some decent low-level arcs, while heroes are generally forced to slog through the "old stuff" (arcs full of useless filler defeat-all and delivery missions spanning multiple large zones, often before they have a decent travel power).
Any character that wants a SJ equivalent travel power can get the temp zero-g pack at level 10. Personally, I find some of the "old stuff" to be just as fun time and time again. Especially the Faultline arcs.

2. My characters are built to run several toggles and always being doing something, whether that is buffing, healing, or dealing damage. Even with fully-slotted Stamina I need expensive set IO bonuses to keep from having to pack along blues.
*ahem* Then that means your playstyle is the reason for your endurance issues, not the pre-stamina or pre-SO game mechanics. You remind me of someone I team with regularily that is frequently out of endurance because they insisted on activating their powers as fast as possible instead of balancing their contributions with the rest of the team members.

To be clear, there is nothing wrong with you choosing a certain play style. However, it is wrong for you to place the blame solely on the game, while taking no responsibility for the impact your own actions.

Wonder how many more feature's they're going to get from Champions online.

First power coloring, now an SK system like Champions.

Maybe if CO gets customizable pets we'll get those too!

getting a degree of pet customization via color spectrum, Mastermind Pets are a completely different thing.

I thought power customization was nice... but this, sir, is now my official favorite modifcation for I16, hands down.

While most of this is very positive, I've got some reservations:

If it is set to the level of the mission owner, not the mission itself, this will make it impossible to exemp to the level of missions you got before leveling.

If the owner levels during the mission, will everybody be fighting -1's?

Everybody is going to be filtering email, which will make it useless for contacting a person who does not add you to their list. Wouldn't it be a lot more effective to stop spam by limiting accounts to, say, 10 e-mails per day to people who don't list you? I suggest that doing so would stop spam and let players continue using e-mail openly if they want to.

This makes even more of a case for a Pocket D AE, since RWZ becoming Atlas Park would interfere with raids.

If the leader leaves and a lowbie gets auto-promoted, that could cause team wipes.

Will switching the leaders make summons despawn as exemplaring currently does?

That's not a post of DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM, just some things that should be noted. Some of it may be addressed in beta, but assuming that would not be very useful feedback.

A game is not supposed to be some kind of... place where people enjoy themselves!

With this system going in I just hope they decide to also widen the level band for level pacting, since its impact will be lessened anyway. My wife and I have a lot of duo characters above fifth level from before pacting was announced that we would love to directly link up.

i think we get it already. You're the sort of boring, pointless waste of complex proteins who derives some sort of dull, bland simulacrum of satisfaction by hanging out places that bore you and repeatedly saying that you find it boring. Yes yes, we get that you care so little that you keep reading and posting in a thread you don't care about to tell everyone how much you don't care.
Thank you, you can go now.

While some badges may need to be adjusted, if, as you clarified in an earlier response, the system looks at the level of the mission holder rather than the mission itself, this may largely be a moot point. For example, I know that The Spelunker badge is one of those which is "favorable to get once you outlevel the content". However, under this system, someone could pick up the mission then just wait two or three levels, get a team together (or not) and go get the badge. Yes, it does mean one of your 3 mission slots is occupied for a short time, but everything has its price.

But made into reality because CO has it. Whatever CO gets, CoX will sure to get shortly after!

Hope for CO to get pet customization, for ye shall be blessed with it shortly after.

Oh and more red bars please! I like red better than green.
