it seems to me the simplist solution would be to have user enter their twitter name in their account profile, most profiles have a place to enter email, and msg, and i'd be supprised if their wasn't a twitter field.

then all you need to do is a table comparison

if *user* has retweeted And Followed check database for matching Twiter_name field, send code to email on file with account.

run that as a sql queery with a little php mail script all all your staff has to do is compile a list of users who firt the two criterion (did they respond in the time aloted, and have coh twitter followed?)

But slowly over time it "reverts" to a war torn city where Romulus is making his move. Maybe they could even add a EVIL TF where you help romulus accelerate the destruction.

And since GR is the thing maybe you can earn hero and villian merits for purple if you say do the ITF/RTF 5 times?

Now you must be thinking "Man Scrappers are CRAZZZZZZZA" and you would be right.

Well I have a tip just for you.

The average scrapper loves Accelerated Metabolism, Speed Boost, Insulation Shield, Recovery or Regeneration Aura, Deflection shield and so on. If you have a "gather for" or "fire and forget" buff your in luck. But unfortunately Empaths the scrapper will will have no use for your Heal Other or Absorb pain, because he will be agroing the other side of the map and be far out of your range.

It can be tricky working with scrapper, often running off to do their own thing, how can you tell when their in trouble if you can't SEE them? These tips may help.

The six second rule - If the scrapper hasn't shouted obscenities for 6 seconds he may be dead.

"Power Share" - Gives your pets access to your primary attack powers.
"Buff share" - Gives your pets access to your support powers.
"Fusion" - for Mercs maybe their pile into a tank and their collective hp and dmg become the base of the new "tank pet" while ninja i dunno create a spirit animal, robots just do the Malta, and zombies and demons can merge into a mega beastie. Clones could pile into a small mini cooper, etc.

Was mulling over a new toon and noticed that some Blaster Secondaries are just a Melee Attack with secondary effects.

So why not just proliferate the Brute/Stalker/Scrapper/Tank attacks to a Blaster Secondary, you can add a secondary effect and tweak the damage but it would fit with established Blaster Secondaries. Besides with DP we really need the option to mix Broadsword :P

But on the same vein give the Melees Blaster attacks as a Primary, you can cut the range like 10-12 feet (as I recall the new default range for melee is 7 now right?) and lower the damage to say 80% scrapper norm and they would make a good alternative for Scrappers. Get some range give up some damage seems a good balance.

Anyone have any thoughts on what Praetorian Pink would be like. I'm pretty sure the Shanth arc would never happen which would alter all kinds of things, and there no TV. She would probably be a loyalist but why would she give up cheerleading?
