Do you also demonstrate your superior moral fiber by hanging out under the globe and ratting out homage characters?
They should add an "Informant" badge for people who habitually rat out other players.

The Random button gets depressing sometimes. Gave up the other night after reporting 10 arcs in a row for blatant copyright infringment. The worst offender had Terminator in the title, Skynet in the description, and the contact was even named John Connor.
I now remember why the OP was on ignore.
Need to fix that.

Thats a rough one.
I resolve this problem by never entering the AE in the first place and instead starting random PuG TFs. Then again, that is also my latest obsession, so it's just a happy coincidence. Anyone want to join a Shadow Shard TF on Justice?

Hmm... I wonder what you'd think of my blatant Mario parody/homage "Your Princess Is In Another Castle"...

Nice.
Another reason not to hand off the star, but a good use of it if you can pry it out of the leaders hands!
Good thinking, Prof! There's one for ingenuity!
I do have issues with "copyright infringement" claims from the two companies that, for instance, responded to 'Catwoman' with 'Black Cat' . I mean, really, when DC is stealing ideas from itself, what's a superhero game to do?

So you think you're a hero, huh.
@Boltcutter in game.
This is why I never pass the star to anyone.
funny enough, i do the exact opposite
when someone gives me the star on a team that's doing door missions, i force them over to an ae farm
it's always worked well for me, but maybe i just have natural charisma
Lmao
So, hooray for hall monitors?

Edit: I will start reporting them.

I think the OP has the right attitude and method. No lectures, no griefing.
www.paragonwiki.com is a great source of information for this game.

Hey, if you wanna get the devs sued again, be my guest.
the professor is the only thing standing between this game and court-mandated shutdown
one man. one weekend. hundreds of reported missions.
Natural Charisma
coming to theaters this fall
I spent half the weekend in Icon, you dope.
Having been gone for about a year, I've just been exposed to the AE farming.
My exposure came in the fact that the entire city, and the island chains are very, very empty. Like, Dark Astoria Empty.
Then I walked inside of one of those new buildings, and discovered where all the players are.
Reminds me of that Double-ewe, Ohhh, Double-ewe, game where one part of the game contains 90% of the players.
And reporting is important to the game. There's a reason characters get turned "Generic" and there's a reason missions get reported too. If you don't like getting renamed or your missions disappearing, then perhaps you should try being original for a change?
Perhaps I have natural charisma or I'm just good at making people think I know what I'm doing, so twice over this weekend I've joined an AE team out of boredom and been handed the star.
Both times I reported the farm, and then tried to look for a decent AE arc... and decided to heck with it, and dragged the team out of the AE to do real missions because they're easier to find. And both teams turned out very well.
Of course it only works if you've got enough people in roughly the same level range and they hand you the star, but most of them just don't seem to realise that it can actually be more convenient to find missions outside of the AE that they can play, and are actually fun.
So, long story short- you want people out of the AE? Stop whining and lead them out.
I accept no responsibility for teams that may be less than receptive to the idea of leaving Atlas.
