I reckon any reasonable person will see continuous misuse of tp foe along with gloating about your "strategy" as petitionable. I'm all for using mobs to soften people up, even droning when your heavily outnumbered, but not coming into the winning side and trying to wind the whole zone up. BTW. there was a boycott last night due to this "strategy".

Me and a friend are happily poodling around Warburg last night getting nukes for a Recluse run. The zone is fairly quiet when we stumble across my favourite... A scrapper. We kill him and just before he dies he exerts his magnificent use of the English language'
'dn't want 2 fite'
Fair enough, we weren't there to fight either so would have been wary of him from then on but probably not executed the 'attack on sight' policy. Then he goes and blows it by following that up with foul language and abuse(even that is spelt all wrong though). This was during peak evening play time in the PvP zones.
Worse thing is, by the time we dropped our hostages off and returned, we stumble across the same scrapper and he's conveniently cleared most of a hostage mob for us. Wouldn't normally have stole a hostage in this way but his earlier abuse made him fair game so attacked. Now the abuse get's even worse.
Several minutes later, the pair of us leave Warburg having got our 3 codes for the nukes very quickly thanks to one abusive scrapper.
Remember, everyone in a PvP zone will attack on sight. Once they've attacked and you've retaliated they won't stop half way through bnecuase you ask, you may just be trying to trick them. However, once that's over, if you ask nicely, most will agree not to attack you again. Swearing and being abusive will just guarantee a hostile response and a petition backed up by logs.
The Side Switchers
Can be a good or bad thing here. The zone is heavily in one sides favour and numbers are making a huge impact. It's time to switch sides. Only problem, you get the real PvP'ers who are there for fun and skillful battles and will switch to the other side to even the playing field. Then there are the 'glory boys' who do the exact opposite and switch to the side that's winning.
The Bait
One of my personal favourites. I'm squishy, my slows are annoying so people want to take me down, I have no self heal. How do I make myself useful? Cannon fodder 
Nothing better than getting that scrapper to come chasing after me and running round the corner into a massacre. Why aren't these used more as setting up sacrificial lambs seems under utilised(though the hospital rez makes people less likely to risk themselves nowadays, way to make zones more 'fun' Cryptic)

My favourite bait was a Troller strolling through BB, trying to look nonchalant on the Meteor mission, with four stealthed/invised level 50s flying behind.
Sadly, my SR has +perception, but I'm sure a mess awaited for those who couldn't see she was bait.

I was taking a stroll in Warburg last night, not much going on, but as I returned to the Villain base a Stalker showed up and asked for a duel. I thought "surewhynot" as I've never properly fought a Stalker with my Mastermind. But then she said "without your pets". I thought she was being serious but she followed it up with "and without your powers", so my forehead has one less slap mark on it.
I do occasionally get serious requests for petless duels though. I usually respond with "you fight me you fight the boys", and that sometimes results in them saying it's unfair. What's up with that?
The Fish Food
When unintentionally, someone lands precisely where they shouldnt and are jumped by a LOT of players, hungry for the extra rep. Often happens when a confident stalker is striding amongst a group of heros, waiting for the opportune moment to strike, when someone sees him and lights him up. Ganked for sure.
When i respec, I'd kill you!
Cant say this one has been aimed at me before, but a popular one I see is when someone uses a power on someone else, that the recipient could have taken in their build, but it is now somehow unfair for the user to be using the power. (follow me? Thought not). E.g, Fight me without your holds! I respecced out of mine!

Toons that come out of the safe zone, get smacked to 10% health and run back to drone safety. Repeat ad nauseum.

Don't know how I forgot this one as it provided me with some chuckles when I found it on my Corruptor. Above the Hero entrance to SC you can actually stand on the War Wall with stealth and not get droned.
In comes an unsuspecting squishy feeling safe in their supposed immortality zone. 2 Corruptors, 2 Build Up/Aims and 2 snipes later they're eating dirt having been shot in the back and the corruptors can step back without them having a clue what hit them, ready to get them on the way back out of the hospital

personally I find it annoying tryign to badg ehunt then get assasinated. Reasonw hy I usually stay clocked in Shadows fall to atleast givemyself a fighting chance.

I freely admit that this can be a tricky one for our GMs to adjudicate, but griefing can be loosely defined as 'deliberately trying to spoil another player's enjoyment of the game'.

While i was apparently dualing a dm/invul scrapper in warburg his mate ran in to give him more inspirations. During the match he came out with some awesome lines.
"Stop moving around and fight like a hero"
when his friend ran to give him inspirations, i just laughed, didn't care and kept fighting. He comes out with the best quote ever:
"You jump, i get more insps"
Got him to like 10hp then he ran into safe zone :/

Was what a regen scrapper screamed out in bloody when the heros where camping the villain base and outnumbers us 3 to 1. At the time I was standing next to him and he had just had a fight with 2 brutes. And so I A.S. him bam dead it was just classic. He toke it in good Im glad to say but it was just so funny.

I was playing my illusion/empathy today in warbug, kept staying invis and buffing my killer machines. People finally get tired and leave and say, I'm leaving you've got a Leechpath buffing you, aah that was funny.

There is a shockingly easy way into the Villains base in Warburg - I got in there and trashed the place - most of the Arachnos guards were grey to me, for some reason - and the drones were so badly positioned it was laughable.

Well. I was in sirens call on my stalker, watching the heroes base, waiting for the pray to set foot in the zone. someone entered his base. he ran out of his base and stopped..so a made my move. dropped down form the rooth, and AS'd him, then when hide went back on, and he thought i had left him he rez'd, so I AS'd him again...that wasnt enough for him. he thought i had gone again. and rez'd so..As'd him AGAIN, so then he went to hospital, i waited outside of it for a couple a mins. then headed back to villain base to cash in and leave. but i saw him again. but flying, well i didnt have fly only SJ, so this would be a tough one but i was energy. So i SJ into the sky Bone smash him (( stunned him )) placated and As'd him. It was pretty harsh. because i thought he was trying to get to a mish. but he took it well and was gaining no debt. man it was funny

One that springs to mind is a load of heroes and villains were duking it out by the heroes base, I left my blaster stood in the lookout tower, kinda ironic as I went semi-afk to eat.
The fight moved down into Siren's elsewhere, I was pretty sure I was 'safe'.... oopsy! ASSASSIN STRIKE! My energy plummets down and I reach over and tap Bone Crusher. WALLOP, the stalker's dazed and similar hp to me, 3 greens in quick succession and BU + snipe is on. BLAM! Stalker is KO'd before he hits the ground. I quip "never get between a hero and his dinner"
