Hi super dooper support team!!

Im have already raised a ticket about this twice without response. I work in customer support so i am trying NOT to act like a complete pillock and be as polite as possible to all nice support people involved.
For 2 days now I have been trying to purchase the going rogue pre purchase for COV and keep getting a "refused" error with no elaboration.
I recently changed addresses so that was the initial suspect, but altering the address details for my playNC account haven't helped at all. (my CC company have my current address).

Would it be possible to take a look at this please?
I'm getting a bit frustrated and close to turning into the sort of annoying customer I would really like to punch in the face if the boot was on the other foot.

Well. After thinking about it, I've canned the laptop idea and decided to go straight for the desktop! Might have to wait for my next wage cheque but it will prolly take them 2 weeks to get my internet connection up anyway.

I'll be moving house shortly and I'm planning to leave my old PC behind as its far to big to take with me, plus its getting a bit old and tired anyway.
My plan is to get a smaller desktop later on, and a cheap n chearful laptop for under £400 at the moment for surfing and older gaming. As I only play stuff like COH, freedom force, bards tale, etc. I'm wondering if I could get away with the Acer 5735z until stargate worlds or thief4 comes out and convinces me to splash out on a dedicated gaming rig.
Any thoughts?

OK. Changed the credit card on my playNC account since the current one is due to expire. I can't see any sort of "pay this account with this card" sort of button though. Is adding an Valid card enough? I don't want to log in a few months down the line and find out my payment wasn't taken.

Supported this when it's been raised on the suggestions board. Keep the 5 difficulties that exist now (nice and easy for beginners to grasp) and add a highly customisable difficulty setting.

And 'so what?' if it makes it easier for farmers (as that's a common objection). Farmers will always find a way to farm - and if that's what they want to do and it doesn't directly affect anyone else then why the heck should they be used as an excuse to not improve the game for many others?

I guess a more complete solution might be to add a custom difficulty, where spawn sizes and enemy levels can be set. With the ability to customise SF/TF's to a point, and the mission architect coming out, it might even be possible to recycle existing code to do this.

as for selling the pics, i'd be very unwilling to do that - all the drawings are done by me as a gift to a fun community. should anyone wish for their pic to be used on a t-shirt, mousemat, whatever, please just send me a note to that effect with an email address, and i'll happily send the original artwork to you. any half decent high street print store will be able to put my illustrator files onto anything you want

Maybe when your done you can put them on cafe press items like mouse mats or mugs, or compiled in a book. Then people who liked their drawing could show their appreciation by making you a little cash. Could make it a bit more worthwhile cos you must be fed up looking at it by now.
