The 57 & 60 Month Veteran Rewards are designed to help our ‘Vets’ hit the ground running and in high style without breaking the bank! With players having so many opportunities to create new character concepts we feel these rewards will help our long standing fans suit up in style.

Abiding Badge: 50% discount on all tailor sessions: Start out your new characters in style!


[u]60 Months [u]

City Traveler Badge: Hit the ground running… this badge unlocks access to the following Power Pools at level 6, so players can access Tier 1, 2, or 3 powers early on.

[*] Superspeed
[*] Teleport
[*] Superleap [/list] (1) Additional Character Slot: This reward is granted annually to each player that has been part of our Veteran Rewards Program. Months: 12, 24, 36, 48, 60 should all reflect this value.

I'm assuming that first pool is "flight," not the fighting pool.
To clarify, this means that the first [u]three[u] tiers of each travel pool will be available at level 6, correct?

That doesn't make any sense... all power pools unlock at level 6. Do they unlock at another level, or have you dispensed with prerequisite powers for travel powers?


...I forgot what experience means.

I don't get it. All pool powers unlock at level 6 anyway...

I'm pretty sure they mean unlock the tier two powers? As in, the transport power?

Well the post says Tier 1, 2, or 3, so I assume that you can go straight to Fly without Hover or Air Superiority, for example. But some clarification would be cool

City Traveler badge looks NICE!

Travel power without the need for a prerequisite? Yes, please! The rest looks good, too, although 5 Merits isn't that much. But hey, it's free Merits and that's never bad.

Half-off at the tailor is so-so. It's nice, but I have on most character 20 free costume changes to burn. Still, it's going to be worth a lot in the long run, I think.

Wow they make up for the weak-sauce of the 57 month with the 60 month. I mean most vets have so many free tailor tokens no one actually pays anymore.

I wonder if the tier 4 power will still require that you pick 2 before it, or if it will only require that one?

MASSIVE RESPECS!

this WILL change the balance of old vs new.
i love it!

the really odd thing i'm thinking though is it'll mean i can take hasten then fly or some other combination because i dont always need combat jump/air superiority/etc but i do want the travel power.

There is no Tier 4.

There is the 1st Tier (Where you can pick two powers).

Then there is 2nd Tier, which requires that you have one of the 1st Tier powers and 12th level.

There there is the 3rd Tier, which requires 2 powers of 1st and 2nd Tier and 20th level.

So I'm not exactly sure how this unlock works. Does the badge allow you to unlock 2nd Tier and 6th level along with 1st Tier travel powers? And then you can get 3rd Tier at 12th Level?
