I use a Macbook Pro (late 2008) from time to time: 2.53 ghz, nvidia 9600 (set to "performance") or 9400 (set to "saving"), 4 gigs of RAM. It plays almost as well as my PC desktop with an nvidia 9800.

If you're going to troll please be at least minimally informed about what you're trolling about. Mac's are the hardware and software that Apple Inc. makes. If you're talking about the vendor's overinflated pricing on upgrades and accessories, the Apple Store does have that, just as Dell and HP do.

If you want to purchase memory that is qualified to perform properly on your Apple hardware without busting the bank, you might want to try macsales.com (OWC). Not that I have anything to do with them other than being a satisfied customer.

Runs quite well on my 15" MacBook Pro. Though there's the occasional crash, but that's greatly minimized by using /reloadgfx every so often.

You can probably find cheaper at Newegg.com (beware non-brands there though) but Transintl guarantees it'll work.

Vet Reward badges with a clickie button are not really badges, they are reward selection windows. They just happen to use the badge graphic in the window. Clicking some rewards causes the reward claim window to disappear (respecs, tokens, attack powers), while other don't (Sprint reward, base decorations).

Yeah, I saw they disappear once you retrieve the item (respec, costume token, etc), I just found it strange to be able to see other people's remaining things.

I'd love to see the FX with Superspeed only be on when you're moving, too. Seems odd to have the 'firey feet' when you're standing still. (sorry for the off-topic post)

One thing to add here, and that's to make sure everyone is using the most recent video drivers. I updated my nVidia ones last night (they came out with a new set recently) before playing with the new patch and haven't seen any problems yet.

Are we supposed to have a bunch of the same number of Vet Reward badges visible to everyone? One for the actual months played, one for a free costume, one for a respec, for example. Myself and everyone I looked at had the same thing. 2 and 3 of the same Vet badge icons. Seems odd. I would expect to see only one badge for each of the months. Of the options listed, I chose Costumes. I would have liked to choose Storylines, but I'd like to feel like I really made a difference, and as they are now, I don't. I can run the same missions over and over without end. Nothing permanent happens. Dreaming here, I know, but it would be nice to feel like something I did in the game really effected/changed something.
