you are NOT reading what he said, once again he parses his word, he said the most likely, he did NOT say yes we would OR defintly, he said most likely, which means he can later say sorry but it was decided XXXX.
isn't a shame we have to put his words under a microscope and
and worry about the wording , wonder if jack is going to run for congress

OK - here's the most likely outcome...
If you own both games, you get all options - the new CoV sets will be accessible for your heroes.

Oh cool. Well I wont be impatiently waiting for the hero/villain transfer so I can have certain costume options in COH.
But it's MY sadistic mechanical monster and I'm here to make sure it knows it. - Girl Genius

Sounds good so far, but how will those that don't own CoV see us heroes that are wearing those costume options?
If I'm wearing the cool looking open motorcycle jacket from CoV, will non CoV people see me in that jacket or will they see me with a random costume piece?

I'm sorry. I can't type the first thing that popped into my head, but if you read the cape thread on the beta boards... you could guess...
Artwork for CoV is included in I6 (hence the reason it is a 1.6 Gig download)

This is welcome news. I might suggest that CoV's more neutral costume pieces be streamed into CoH in future updates (Issue 7, etc.) - there's no compelling reason to make them exclusive to a villain-oriented expansion. The skulls, spikes in the eyeballs and other darkity dark options can understandably remain the domain of evildoers.

Finally, El Mystico may get his Top Hat! What's a corny character based on a Monty Python sketch about a stage hypnotist without a top hat?
The "most likely" thing is a bit worrisome though. Hopefully if some things are left out it will be only a few things like monster heads and bodies, but frankly I'd like to see everything included if you own both. More options is almost always better...and there are many instances in comics of evil-looking and monsterous heroes.
Here's hoping.

Not to be a jerk, but just use "TAB". It MAGICALLY selects hostiles for you. Call it a super-advanced radar system or spidersense or a message from the ancestral spirits if you wanna be immersed or something....

Um... The enemy has a big ol' ORANGE reticle around it, regardless what it is or what it looks like in PVP. Not very hard to mistake.
And, because the hero options are available to the villains, there are some very heroic looking villains wandering around. So... so much for that theory!
