That being said, they should include a mez break in all blaster secondaries, ive been saying this for some time, blasters major problem is the secondaries BLOW CHUNKS>

It was actually Ki Push, which may sound like I'm just ridin' you but he went into detail about why he chose to go with 'Ki', for the hard consonant sound, instead of 'Chi'.
We still need a few more Blaster Secondary sets in a similar vein for Super Strength, Dual Blades and other melee weapon-ey concepts.
And from the other direction; ways to realize Dual Pistols, Energy Blast and such on Scrappers and other melee ATs.

The set has the new standard sustain power (this one is a toggle) AND a minor bit of self heal, plus a no animation time self damage buff and a great movement power.
And it has FOUR aoe effects!
My DP/Fire blaster uses TP to leap into the middle and FSC/HOB. Now I can do that without spending a pool selection!

Tactics are for those who do not have a big enough hammer. Wisdom is knowing how big your hammer is.

The way it works is by applying mez protection to your character of exactly the magnitude of mez currently affecting you, plus one. It does give you mez resistance (which reduces duration of future mez) and mez strength (increases the duration of any mez you have), as well as a small to moderate heal. The power is powerful, but since it can only be used while you're CC'ed, under half health, or under half endurance, it needs to be potent when used in those limited conditions.

I suppose the only remaining question is: Now that we have a Punching Blast Set, when will we be seeing Sword Blast announced?

In all seriousness, this is fantastic. Continuing to impress, guys. Thanks for your hard work, creativity, and continuing investment into the game. It's got a lot more life than games half its age.
Burst of Speed sounds like a Nightcrawler-esque bamf attack. Pretty awesome, and I can't wait to see it in action!

I have to admit, I'd rather have another melee attack on Martial Assault instead of the snipe (like Earth, Ice, or Thorny Assault). And that Burst of Speed, zomg, needs to be in its own power pool set!
This may seem cynical... But I'm not overly impressed with either sets. I'm not a Dominator fan, so I won't touch that one, but:
•Burst of Speed (AoE self TP) - Is there anymore description for this one? Is it a teleport damage aoe like we've sen before?
•Reach for the Limit (Build up auto power—Chance for +dam and +ToHit on every power) - Never been too interested in the alternative to Build Up damage buffs... Seems better suited for a Scrapper.
Although...
•Inner Will (self heal and ,ez break—only unsable under 50% end or health or when mezzed) - Despite the other shortcomings, this one probably sells the set.

I like Reaction Time and Ki Push the most so far; any approximation of RT's recharge time? Duration of debuff once the toggle is deactivated?
Reach of the limit should be very interesting (passive?).
