My daughter just made a logo (in Illustrator - 10yo learning early) to serve as a "cutie mark" in a My Little Pony maker. The logo was a lightning bolt over two wave lines. The name? Flash Flood.
Suggestions:

Just teamed with a character named "Moistened Bink" (Not dirty, although it sounds it)

Started with a character named Urine Trouble but I decided there was a good chance he would get genericced so I rerolled him as Sewage.
Poop-based powers with a nice splash of pee when they hit. I used pieces from the Omega costume set to make it look like he's wearing armor made of turds, the Flies aura (self-explanatory) & a brown waterfall backpack for a constant stream of sludge out of his backside.
Juvenile? Absolutely. Clever? I don't know but he makes me smile when I play him.

I needed both a water elemental character and one who would be the Genbu in a Four Holy Beasts group of characters. I killed two birds with one stone by making "Tortuga Misteria", FF/Water. Bubbles are a *kind* of shell, I rationalize.

I created a character whose concept was originally of a dark magician who [long story short] met his end when drowned in oil.
Instead of dying though, the magician mutated and is now able to call on the power of oil to aid him in is his battles.
Water Blast looks great as oil! Also, called him Oil Spill on the Union server.

I managed to get "Fountain" on Infinity server. Normal water blast and time powers colored to look like mist. Waterfall back detail, of course.
Also, last time I checked, Watergate was still available (secret gov't experiment that's the center of a new scandal? super-powered corrupt politician?). I'd use it, but I've got too many characters to lvl as it is.

For two or three years -- maybe longer -- I've been sitting on Sea Devil in anticipation of water-based powers of some kind. (Or an underwater zone, which I actually thought was more likely.)

A friend has a KM/Regen scrapper named Wavebreak who I believe has been rerolled now as a blaster (though possibly not yet, I know it was planned). I have a Dark/Storm corruptor named Seasquall that I'm thinking of rerolling, but I would miss the tentacles too much.
