I approve of crotch being covered by a skirt and skull, as opposed to a thin piece of whatever the hell material tights are produced from.

Penny is quickly becoming one of my favourite npcs, hope she gets a lot of gametime and a big push over the coming issues.

Although its better than Statesman preparing his Crotch Cannon, something seems a bit 'off' about how she's twisting there ..
Looks like a typical case of "Show upper AND lower assets!"
In any case, if this becomes a regular thing, the login screen changing every Issue, then I approve of it
I was doing some playthroughs of City of Heroes. Now they will serve as memories of a better time ...

That's actually really good! Crotchless-crotch issues aside, the Statesman screen is a bad picture in every way. Glad they came to their senses.

I'm trying to figure out why she's twisting herself like that, and all I'm coming up with is like how a cat twists in mid-air to avoid water? She's trying not to get herself on the psyknife.
