29th would fit for the long run Ustream session...and on 28th Aion going free so that is maybe a point why not on 28th.
I'm kinda guessing the 1st honestly, since they're taking things down for Server maintenance anyway, seems like when they might do the push.
My money is on the really long shot: Sunday, November 18.
Yeah, scoff if you will, call me a fool. But if I'm right, I'll make a killing playing those odds!

The last time they merged a patch with maintenance... it did NOT go well.

They said from Freedom F2P conversion Issues major updates would be more often. Well at least we have some .5 updates between Issues.
2011 saw only 2 Issues, but I understand we are getting a lot of powersets and costumes and stuff...
