This would be my voting schedule
Week of March 12 (likely the thursday) Dark Control & Staff released.... this is in time for double xp giving tons of new 50's for the next stage
Week of March 26 (likely tuesday) i22 released
May 1 beast Mastery (and any other secret powerset we may not yet know about... like the one Penny has) released... after those at the summit get to try them first
It is true marketing seems to make many decisions and March has always seemed to hold some event, especially with March break in full swing. Now that incrimental payments is in full swing they have to give things in tastes and nibbles.

Pretty sure it's already been established that the new Dark oriented powersets will be released with I22 and that Staff and Beast Mastery will come after I22. That being said I still think it makes the most sense given the current evidence for I22 to launch before the upcoming 2xp weekend which still makes March 6th or 13th the most likely dates at this point.

I think (read: hope) that i22's coming this week, and think (read: really really really hope) that at least one of the new powersets will be out before double xp too. I don't think they'd tease us with patch notes only to have it be over a week away.
Aye if i22 isnt this week then showing that picture last week was really a bit of a waste to be honest.

So in a nutshell any of the following dates are currently the most likely before the 2xp weekend: Feb 29th, Mar 1st, Mar 6th, Mar 7th, Mar 8th, Mar 13th, Mar 14th or Mar 15th.

I know that I didn't see a pre-release download with Issue 21.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Yes I'd agree the chances of it happening this week (even on Wednesday or Thursday) is fairly remote. But if it's going next week we'll still have plenty of time to get the patch (if any) for I22 this week.
