Who do you love inviting to your team?
It depends. For missions, any AT. Speed runs, IOd 50s, mix of dmg and debuff.
for speed runs, I'll ask globals & VG first before pugs.
I like teammates with little-used powersets or uncommon combinations. It keeps things interesting.

Also, I really love to see thematic powerset pairings. Regardless of potential synergy with another set, there's nothing I like more than a character whose powers make sense together. A tight, well written bio is icing on the cake

PEACEBRINGERS SUCK!!! (Now fully up to date for i21+ )
People with funny bios who RP is funny ways. And this is on Freedom, not Virtue. It happens surprisingly often....
It is also okay if I get a 7 year old kid playing "The Eliminator" with a bio like "The ELiminator ELiMiNAteS EVRYONe! So F*** OFF!" as they are often unintentionally very funny RPers.
"Hi, my name is Ail. I make people sick."
A partial selection from my 50's on Freedom: Ail = Ice/Traps, Luck = Street Justice/Super Reflexes Stalker, Mist = Bane, Pixy = Trick Arrow/Archery, Pure = Gravity/Energy, Smoke = Fire/Fire Dominator
With my preference for melee ATs, I hugely appreciate buffs and debuffs. But I also like people who can support themselves as I don't like worrying about their squishiness getting all over my shoes.
But outside of powers, I'm quite happy with anyone who knows what their character is doing and doesn't make me wonder things like 'why did that Controller just use Fulcrum Shift on one enemy?' or 'why does that Brute not have mez protection?'
Oh, and people that can actually carry on a conversation. It feels like a chore teaming with people that won't speak or at least react in some way, shape or form to what I say.
Fun People. For whom the fun is in playing in a team.
Hate people who are 'we need a tank, heals etc', or grumpy dictator sorts
I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.
Thank you Devs & Community people for a great game.
So sad to be ending ):
Generally, I love teaming with anyone who has three stars or more on my player rating thing, as that means I've played with them before and was bothered enough to rate them.

Y'know, I sorta like having one Leroy on a team. ONE. And Seven other players smart enough to not run in after him. Every class needs a clown.
Stay Gold, Paragon. Stay Gold.
Nolite te bastardes carborundorum.
Good, smart players who understand their characters, what their strengths and weaknesses are, and know how to adjust their playstyle to help a team. No primadonnas, lone rangers or dictators.
And nothing makes a team better than folks with a good sense of humor. I don't mind a team wipe from everyone laughing. (And I've had a few.)
LOCAL MAN! The most famous hero of all. There are more newspaper stories about me than anyone else. "Local Man wins Medal of Honor." "Local Man opens Animal Shelter." "Local Man Charged with..." (Um, forget about that one.)

Generally Im up for teaming with anyone but my preference is to team more with veteran players or people who know the strengths and weaknesses of their powersets.
There friends that I team with always makes the experience enjoyable.
Defenders. Defenders with Leadership auras... Defenders who manage to use their buff set effectively and still attack without somehow falling into the idiotic group that thinks it's one or the other. Defenders who don't call themselves "Healers".
I like inviting these types of Defenders to my teams, I could even say I "Love" it.

I love inviting people who actually talk in chat to my team. Way too many silent TFs under my belt, despite my best efforts at getting people to joke around.

Everyone thinks I am an idiot when I add something to a joke 3 or 4 minutes after it ended. They do not realize I type slow, they just think I am slow.
*crowd laughs*
"Shut up! That means a lot of you have been breaking the first rule of DKTF."
Where to now?

don'T attempt to read tHis mEssaGe, And believe Me, it is not a codE.
I love inviting players who are jovial and intelligent, players who speak English rather than "l33tspeak", and most importantly players who are willing to play through and finish a TF they have joined.
I also like inviting those I've teamed with before, especially if I've rated them, as I usually only rate players as 1's or 5's so I'll know what to expect from them. If they did something like the Dr. Q TF with me and stuck with it to the end, that's an automatic 5 star rating. If they bailed on the second mission of Synapse TF with a lame excuse, then they earn 1 star. If they're funny or just plain good people, that's a 5 star rating. If they're antagonistic jerks who do or say anything just to get attention, that's a 1 star rating(and probably an ignore).
Other than that I just like teaming with new people. You never know what kind of gems you'll find in the rough.
I'm a generally 'take anyone who wants in' kinda guy.
Unless it's an STF or ITF I don't really think I need anything in particular. That said, Rads and Kins are always welcome. However there is one group I want to TF with again, it's a family who I teamed with on an Old Posi (My first full Posi run in fact) who were ALL Fire/Rad controllers. And there were 6 of them, plus myself (A tank) and a scrapper.
It went quite well.
not picky, I just get a different thrill from being part of a team of "pros" vs trying to keep a bunch of clueless newbs alive and educated.
I only get picky for STF (I've seen ITF mentioned above, but I don;t think it requires any special care)
Theres this guy who had a blacklist of players.... since I'm on that list, I would say anyone else on that list I would love to invite to team with me.
But honestly, I pretty much invite anyone to most tfs/sfs/trials I run, when its for fun. If its for speed or a contest, I usually look for corrs/defenders.
Fun players who arent min/maxed are always welcome over cranky good builders with elitest attitudes (I mean there can only be room for one of those on the team, and I'm already on it).
Powerset wise anything but I do get gooey over having a TA about come to think of it. I just love seeing them.
He will honor his words; he will definitely carry out his actions. What he promises he will fulfill. He does not care about his bodily self, putting his life and death aside to come forward for another's troubled besiegement. He does not boast about his ability, or shamelessly extol his own virtues. - Sima Qian.
People with fun costumes that suit their powers.
Been running nightly TF's and I get Reaper One and Urban Renewal most times on the team. They are fun to have with you and I like their characters!
No Kheldians? D:
and personally?
@Omega, Stone, AIB, Sep, Kyo, Sword, Blaze, Pete, and Kat. Shout out for protector!
Goods:
1. Just about anything. Peacebringers and 'Shades are especially welcome ^_^
2. Lots of veteran badges
Bads:
1. Bad communicator
2. Fails to respond to basic interaction (Implies not listening)
Unbearable:
I swear I want to plunge an axe into my own skull when I team with someone, usually a new player, who says "omg we're unstoppable", "we're so strong" or "We're SOOO AWESOME" every time a mob is defeated.
