  1. It seems to work fine for me. Are you a VIP? You may need to be to access it. Other than that, I am not sure what the problem may be. Or if you have more than one account, make sure you are logged into the forums on the correct one.

Edit: Or try logging out and then back in, then go to:

City of Heroes Forum > Development > Character Copy Tool (Live to Training Room) > Select a Game Server > GO > Character Select > Beta Server. Wait up to 30 minutes and log into beta to see if your character is there.
  2. http://boards.cityofheroes.com//char...ionServerId=-1

Select your server, click GO, find your character name and click Beta Server. Good luck!

  5. So sad, almost 2 months without a single post in the Stalker forum. I finally got around to trying out the SB-BB-QS-AS attack chain and got 3:25 for 315 DPS. Video is uploading and can be seen here in an hour: http://youtu.be/H1aZOoaJB3U

This is the build I used, with T4 Musculature Radial, T4 Reactive Radial and T4 Ageless Core:

The empty spot in QS is for the ATO2 chance for BU recharge which only happened once during the fight.
  6. Grimred, ElM/SD/Mu. Lighting Rod and Shield Charge is still one of my favorite 1-2 attacks in the game. Ion, Storm Elementals incarnate powers and Mu Mastery fits thematically, Ball Lightning is a useful AoE power. Thunderstike with a Force Feedback proc works out well to get BU/LR/SD recharged at a faster rate. Against All Odds is fantastic, a great addition to Fury. Easy to softcap to all positions and some decent DDR. Several SD powers are useful with the initial, single slot, allowing more slots for attacks.
  7. It would be a toss up between:

Talos, Spanky's Boardwalk. Beachfront property and the Cap'n Krak'n Jumbo Seafood restaurant near by.

St Martial, penthouse of the Golden Giza. Play poker and EZ Bac daily.

St Martial, Fortune's Wheel. Circus folk are crazy and fun.

Here's the link to the Detonator info. Read the Adeon Hawkwood and Socorro posts:

  9. I read that Detonator does damage according to the pet's damage buff, not from the slotting of the power itself. One Force Feedback recharge/endurance IO would be good enough.

  13. Nobody probably cares anymore but DB/Nin Stalker, 1:58 for 453DPS using T4 Musculature Core, T4 Reactive Radial and the Empower Combo.
  14. I was on and off CoH for several years but it was the Scrapper Forum that really made me a consistent player in the game for the past 2 years. The forums really made the game fun for me and I have most of you to thank for that. Thanks! See you all in the next big game.

I am going to make my DB/Nin into the build I originally planned and try to destroy all scrapper/stalker/brute pylon times. Then petition to have ALL events activated at the same time from today until the end. I want to kill Praetorians, Nemesis, Zombies, Rikti and Banners while opening Xmas presents and ToT'ing at the same time.

That's a good point. Running that chain would eliminate the gap, making the chain more efficient. Less recharge is required in Ablating. AS would still need to recharge in about 3.828s for it to be gapless. Sounds like a winner to me.

SS slotted with Armageddon set, Ablating equipped with Hecatombs, AS with the ATO 1 set and NS slotted with the ATO 2 set at i24. Change the chain to SS-NS-Ab-AS so that you have a chance to hit insta-charged BU before queuing up AS.
  18. I did some testing awhile back with T4 Assault Radial Hybrid and it can work for pets. You need to activate Assault first, then summon your pets and each Assault activation after that will work with all pets without needing to resummon. Zoning may screw that up though.

Try it out and check your Pet Damage window. You will be able to identify Assault damage with the word "Doublehit" in the line of damage:

Smokescreen: Smokescreen blasts Tactical Operative with their SCAR Burst for 16.33 points of lethal damage and slightly lowers their defense!
Smokescreen: Your Doublehit hits for 35.78 points of Energy damage!
Smokescreen: Smokescreen blasts Tactical Operative with their SCAR Burst for 16.33 points of lethal damage and slightly lowers their defense!
Smokescreen: Smokescreen blasts Tactical Operative with their SCAR Burst for 16.33 points of lethal damage and slightly lowers their defense!
Windcharger: Windcharger blasts Tactical Operative with their Assault Rifle Burst for 13.19 points of lethal damage and slightly lowers their defense!
Windcharger: Your Reactive Interface continues to burn for 16.23 points of fire damage!
Windcharger: Windcharger blasts Tactical Operative with their Assault Rifle Burst for 13.19 points of lethal damage and slightly lowers their defense!
Eagle-Eye: Eagle-Eye snipes Tactical Operative with their SCAR Snipe for 110.39 points of lethal damage.
Eagle-Eye: Your Doublehit hits for 124.4 points of Energy damage!
Eagle-Eye: Your Reactive Interface continues to burn for 17.74 points of fire damage!
Windcharger: Windcharger blasts Tactical Operative with their Assault Rifle Burst for 13.19 points of lethal damage and slightly lowers their defense!
Smokescreen: Smokescreen rattles Tactical Operative with their SCAR Heavy Burst for 12.95 points of lethal damage and slightly lowers their defense!
Windcharger: Your Reactive Interface continues to burn for 16.77 points of fire damage!
Smokescreen: Smokescreen rattles Tactical Operative with their SCAR Heavy Burst for 13.38 points of lethal damage and slightly lowers their defense!
Ironhide: Ironhide devastates Operation Officer with their LRM Rocket for 115.22 points of lethal damage!
Ironhide: Ironhide devastates Operation Officer with their LRM Rocket for 82.48 points of smashing damage!
Ironhide: Ironhide knocks Operation Officer off their feet with their LRM Rocket.
Ironhide: Your Doublehit hits for 79.56 points of Energy damage!
Ironhide: Your Reactive Interface continues to burn for 19.27 points of fire damage!
  19. I changed some of the IO sets around to bring S/L to softcap, 45.62% with Hide suppressed. It will still have enough recharge to run the SB-IS-AS-SC-SB-IS-AS-CU attack chain. If you use Ageless which I think you will mainly for the end recovery, the recharge portion will make Energize and Hasten perma.

As for Lore and Judgement, those are always just personal preference. I remember players preferred Cimerorians, Warworks, Longbow and Carnival. Judgement, Vorpal Radial for the extra defense if you feel you need it; Void can help mitigate incoming damage. Pyronic, Ion and Cryonic for mez.

    OMG double gang war in a cave would be ;_;
Play a Thugs/Storm and use a double Gang War and Tornado for absolute chaos. Double Hell on Earth if you play Demons.

Btw, I tested a double Hell on Earth awhile back and it spits out more demonlings if cast on 2 different pets instead of both on one.
  21. I was going to use Bio to implement the snipe changes in i24 with a KM/Bio/Soul Stalker but thought I may still be able to achieve it with a KM/EA/Soul Stalker. Using the insta-BU recharge to make Moonbeam an insta-snipe. It works out well until the occasional miss and at that point, the chain goes to spit. Checkout the vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YsOg2ayEGgE

There are few primary/secondaries that can utilize the snipe changes on a regular basis on a Scrapper by using key powers like Follow up, Blinding Feint, Empower Combo, Invincibility, Soul Drain and Power Siphon but none will do it as well as Bio as all of them have drawbacks.

It just adds another reason to get Super Strength ported to Scrappers.

I don't think your build is bad but I am noticing that DB and ElA does not have much synergy together. Lightning Reflexes is a nice little bonus but for DB to excel, it really needs a lot of recharge. On the ElA side, to make it a secondary equal or above the rest, it relies on IO set bonuses that provide defense.

Damage Resistance alone is rarely ever enough especially with a stalker's low inherent hitpoint. I recommend getting S/L defense to softcap or getting S/L/E/N to 32.5% so that one small purple inspiration will get you 45%. I like that you skipped the Fighting Pool in your build but it's hard to ignore the extra 15ish% resistance to S/L that Tough provides. It is pretty helpful.

I played around with your build keeping all the same power picks but altered the slotting and IOs. With hide suppressed, you will be sitting at 32.79% def in S/L/E/N.
