What's the one set you will never EVER use again?

Why this ties delightfully into that other thread. Super strength. Bland and overpowered and completely automatic to use? Wow, where don't I sign?
I'd have to say Willpower. This is probably gonna get me yelled at by half the CoH/CoV population 
Assault Rifle.
I'd also say Traps but I'm giving that one another shot - just not with an Assault Rifle this time.
Force Fields.
I like the other shield sets, but really don't like Force Fields at all.
There is no such thing, why would I want to limit my choices?
I realize that many gamers enjoy using only the "best" sets sets to make the game a trivial button-mashing exercise, but to me that gets boring fast. I've had a lot more fun playing "under-performing" sets, having to figure out what it is I have to do to win, rather than just rushing into every mob for the inevitable win.
Energy Blast. I spent my first 2 months in the game doing nothing but soloing an Energy/Kin corruptor. Never again.
Kinetics and Devices
Empathy and probably Mind Control. Played a Mind/Emp (first toon I rolled in the game) from i9 to i14. Very busy toon, 3 months to get to 50 because it was harder to level then, and then I stated IOing her... Got her to permahasten in i11 or so, after that she was like 'Imma Mass confuse this groups, now Fort the blaster, wait the auras are recharged, now Terrify the groups, lemme sleep the other, this guy needs CM, oops Fort is up again, gotta hold the boss, this one is attacking the defender imma mesmerize-levitae-dominate, the scrapper needs healing, who do I use Fort now, oh time for Adrenalin Boost again OH MY GOD I'M IN MULTITASKING HELL'. She has 7 keybinds iirc. Had tons of fun with her but that's why my second 50 was a scrapper 
Powersets/ATs I got to 20-40 and have no desire to play again: Willpower (bland), Warshades (don't like the gimmicks to achieve max potential like targetting dead bodies, changing forms a ton, Mires, felt like too much work to do things other ATs can do with few clicks, mine was also full of keybinds), Elec Blast (couldn't 'feel' the set).
There are always the ones I have no desire to level due to aesthetic reasons, like KM (animations don't appeal to me) and StJ (hate the sounds).
But this game is fun because even 4 years and some later, I can find a powerset I never played and I'm enjoying (Energy Blast, MA, Thermal, Storm).
I'm not sure there is any power set that is a 'never again' set but there are some combinations that I would think long and hard about before trying again.
Kin/Psi Defender -- To be honest, I love this character. She's been with me for a long time but she dies faster than a first level blaster. This is a powerful build when I have a team around me but as a soloist, she's a bit dodgy.
Storm/Electric -- It's never clicked for me. I've seen others that swear by it, mostly I just swear at it.
Rad/Rad defender or Corr -- yes, it's a debuff machine but the offensive side seems a bit wanting. Still, this was where my first 50 came from so I have enough of a soft spot for it that I keep coming back for just one more try...
Sonic/ ...anything... Defenders -- again, another set that has never really clicked. I like the offensive capabilites of Sonic attacks but the defense side has always been a bit --- meh. This might qualify as my only 'never again'
oh, well, I'll keep trying. sooner or later it will all work out. maybe.

Willpower...for certain...it's like diet regeneration...think about that it's either regen or it's not...and willpower is not

I gave up on playing support sets with single-target buffs a long time ago, like Kinetics and Force Field. Since they made those buffs AoE I've been wanting to give them another try, but so far have still found other characters more engaging.
Even that wasn't really a "I will never use this again!!!!!11!eleven" so much as a "this just isn't for me."
Regen, or EM.
Willpower has more passive regen than Regen does. Who thought that was a good idea?
Can we get a fix for Energy Melee instead of more new sets?
Oddly enough, I had the opposite response to willpower a lot of people here seem to have - I love it probably more than is healthy. You have enough resistances to wade into a pack of enemies, and enough regeneration that you can walk out with more health than you came in with. Regen, on the other hand, feels squishier than a handful of fresh play-dough. It just feels like you're playing a blapper with less downtime, alpha strikes will still rip you a new one. Then again, I tried it on my first characters so maybe it isn't a fair comparison.
The only "never again" set for me though is probably Time Manipulation. I love the concept, but it feels all over the place - a little debuff, a little buff, a little healing, etc. I'm sure it's a great set once it's slotted out a bit, I just don't like how unfocused it is. It was hard to really figure out what my role was in a party.
Mind Control. I tried starting another one, but here's my problem- it's on my main character. (A mind/psy dom) I play that character so very often, have built it with the best resources, know the set inside and out...I have no need to do it again.
I've tried it on an alt, but I couldn't do it. I just went back to playing my main again. If I want to play something other than my main character, it'll have different powers.

So far there isn't one I will never ever use again, but there is one that I am very hesitant to use again.
First stalker I rolled was an Energy Melee/ElecArmor stalker, and I felt so severely gimped by that set that when Kinetic Melee was released, I rerolled the level 50 IOed Stalker.
That's how much I didn't like Energy Melee. It has decent single target attacks, but I was going from group to group doing very little in terms of damage, and just to keep up I had to use Energy Transfer which would also sap my HP. No Aoe, no good ranged attacks, just single targets and chance for stun.

Blaster Psi, Dual Pistols of any kind at least until they are brought up to par and alternate animations are available, and Grav and Illusion control. Other than that I'll play just about any thing.

Honestly? A year ago I had 2 50s - I've got 8 now - If I make a character I don't redo powersets (Unless it's really easy to use like Will Power). But I won't be redoing a Gravity Control character - Unless the update makes my Grav/Psi playable again, I wont look at it ever again.

Archery and Assault Rifle (and thusly will likely never play Beam Rifle). The stand there and fire in what amount to the same animation with a longer pull time on the bow and just longer standing there time with the rifle bores me.

Toss up for me between devices and force field. Deleted a couple devices toons over the years, and even though I have a Ill/FF, I never play her because FF just sucks.
Energy Melee, until it is fixed.
I'm sorry, but a 3.5 second animation times is a bit too long for an underwhelming DPA single target attack.

There are sets I prefer, and sets I'm not fond of, but there aren't any I flat out refuse to use.
Hell I don't particularly like Fire based powers and yet I have a level 50 Fire/Storm Controller, Fire/Psi Dom and Time/Fire Defender.
If it fits my concept I'll probably use it.
