What's the one set you will never EVER use again?
Granite armor really needs some customization or a non-completely replaces costume version of it.
A minimal FX option for Granite would be awesome.

Dark Blast. I don't know how it compares to other blast sets and I don't care... something about it just irks me.
CoH
Cathodian (50 Rad/Rad)
Archanix (50 Ill/FF)
Dr. Deadface (Current: 40 Rad/MM)
/Stone armors on tank/brutes. I got to 38 on a brute, put it on, and almost puked it was so bad. I tried I/Oing it for recharge and whatnot to "fix" it. The worst way to spend an hour in the city is in stone armor. It has the worst armors/defenses pre Granite, and Granite slams on, you lose all your costume, you look like every other granite, and it nerfs you into oblivion. To make it worse, your "indestructibility" is completely useless in the iTrial world of instant death patches which cut thru Granite like you were a Blaster, and your nerfed movement makes it HARDER for you to survive these things. Yeah, Granite. Big white walking turd.

/macro FXoff "SuppressCloseFx 1$$SuppressCloseFxDist 255"
This will create a button that when clicked will make your powers that have visible effects around you invisible. You will no longer see the spikey effects around your feet from Superspeed. You will no longer see the layer of ice around you from Frozen Armor. You will no longer see the flames from Blazing Aura.
If you want to create a button that will turn your visible effects back on:
/macro FXon "SuppressCloseFx 0"
Edit: changed macros, that's what i get from doing this from memory.

I've never had a stoner before, so I don't know if this will work on Granite, but I know it will work on Frozen Armor (from the APP):

But it's my understanding that Granite Armor works like Kheldian forms: It isn't a "power effect," it literally replaces your character's model with another. So I doubt it will work in this specific case.
Still... I'll use this.
FUN FACT: That burst of light when you level up is actually the effectiveness escaping from your enhancements all at once.

Super Strength, Willpower, Stone Armor.

Hi, my name is Northman, and I am an Altoholic. No wait, I'm Lost Nova, no wait, Arc Havoc, no, Dragon Moon, no, Lord Fury......
I think I would go with Kheldians.
Its not that I don't like them because I do like them, but the fact that they have no powerset picks seriously limits them. Once I played a PB or WS.. if I wanted to try out a human only build, or triform, or just a 'pure' kheldian with no pools.. I don't need a new character as I can just use an alternate build. The only incentive to make a PB or WS after the first is if I want to play a similiar character on a different server.
While I don't have an issue playing any set, I will not play a MA/Nin stalker ever again. Just rerolled one to a StJ/WP brute. My /DA brute running 9 toggles was easier on the blue bar without much IO investment on her part. A shame too, because I love MA and Nin.
Found a new one, Ninja MM. Between the horrifically bad melee AI and the complete lack of survivability, they're just aggravating to play.
Psi blasters should probably go on that list too. Not that they're bad, but the whole "enemy psychics have massive defenses against you" gets old fast, especially since you as a player don't get equivalent defenses.
Regeneration - I find it's far too clicky
Radiation Emission - lack of mez protection while far too dependent on enemy-targeted toggles
Traps - I just don't like the way the set works. It has far too many of what I call "click-n-stick" powers, which annoy me as a general rule. I don't care for the FFG pet. And the overall aesthetic of the set doesn't mesh with most of my character concepts.

Farewell is like the end
