It depends on *how* crazy they get...
If they only get a little crazy, I'd roll Assassination as an Inherent, Defender-version Psychic Blast as a Primary, Stalker-version Willpower as a Secondary, and call it a Sniper
If they got alot of crazy, I'd roll Fury as an Inherent, Super Strength as a Primary, and Umbral Aura as a Secondary, and call it a God 
Hmm..
Fiery Armor/Energy Assault (the Dominator set) could be nice. Not from any min/max point of view, it just feels a bit cosmic and powerful.
And yeah, I'd take Fury as an inherent. Or maybe Containment for stunned targets?
I'd make a Kinetics/Empathy defender just to be loved by eveybody in this cold virtual world.

I'd make a cold/traps defender and carry around a stack of revolver temp power recipes that I could hand to GMs so they could just shoot themselves in the head.

a dominator with containment instead of domination
definitely psi, maybe fire
Easy to set up containment - even on AV's with sleep
then hit for massive damage with your assault set
probably earth for assault set - want that hit with containment to be massive

I'd grab a few powers from other sets and combine 'em.
Lightning Storm, Lightning Rod, Fulcrum Shift, etc....

Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.
Mercs/Assault rifle so I can be one of the boys! No...really..
Mercs/Thugs. Guns. Lots of guns.
Any MM/MM with a different Patron Pool type then they have now, so we'd have two boss pets. Or three, in this case.
Demons/Thugs. Demons/Demons. I'd have a field day with Masterminds really.

You can have brutes with empathy and plant control! Corrupters with titan weapons! Blasters with D/P and assault rifle!
So what characters would you make, what would you call them and why? Any combos you would think would be OP.
I'm thinking TW/kinetics would be OP for the recharge/end recovery. Also, with fulcrum shift, a TW with momentum would be so cool!
