Has anyone here noticed a pattern here?
New trial comes out. It is slightly more difficult than last set. People come to forums. Much back and forth and I'm never gonna run it again hyperbole. An effective strat is worked out and posted. People follow it. People complete trial. It becomes easy and farmed.
Has happenned the last few trials I've seen. Not saying Tyrant shouldn't get a little nerf though. Just to try and open up access a bit. -
NPCs do.
As for underwater stuff, dunno if that is likely to work. A lot of work for few content. -
Sorry, claws are unchangable in any costume.

As I've been saying for a while, nightfire. I would suggest you under going a full respec sometime, maybe dropping or moving stuff around for a better toon, lots of little inefficencies.
Anyway, I think they are all very situational. For burn fests like BAF/LAM/UGT/Keyes, I would do assualt. For MoM, melee res. For TPN, support or assualt. DD, control. MT, assualt or res. Soloing, control. Tanking, control. Etc. -
Think I'll be going for the end build, with a few changes. Thanks for all the help.

What is the amount of accuracy needed to hit a +4 enemy or an AV? -
OK, looked over it and it looks pretty damn good.
What attack chain would you suggest for it and why Shroud for the tanker proc over a faster charging attack? Is it there for the new ATOs? -

Demons and Bots, I consider, the easiest 2 MM primaries, due to good defence and a few nice melee attacks.
Thug requires a little more control but is still very good.
As for secondry, time is awesome, gotta say. Defence, some control, some heals, all sorts. -
Depends on the server, but those Hami-O's aint too pricey and they also drop from MLTF/BABTF/LRSF. The most pricery stuff is the LOTGs probably, but they are worth having because they give you a gapless attack chain.

This is a problem I'm having a lot too. Trying some new settings, see if that helps.

So I rolled up a DA/DB Tanker and I'm enjoying her quite a bit. Nice to play a res set for once.
Anyway, having some trouble slotting her. My goal is to try and softcap S/L/E/N and have a good attack chain for single target and AoE.
For budget, I prefer to simply IO with rares etc to start with, as it takes me a long time to get the cash togther for multiple sets of purples/PvP stuff.
The build I have so far is lacking an epic power pool. Just couldn't find one I liked, but I would prefer a hero epic power pool.

So I'm working on a tanker DA/DB toon and they are both pretty slot heavy, so I'm wondering.
What is the best attack chain for ST and best chain for AoE?
I'm really looking to turn this toon into a tank for running farms on, paper missions in large team, etc. -
I disagree with the thing about crabs :P
Crab's can make use of any of the hybrids really, but for me, with all our AoE, control really stands out as adding some extra power to our already extensive toolkit.
I'm going to be going control, assualt, melee, support in that order and getting them all. -
So, couple of ideas for procs I want to see. Please add your own ideas.
A proc for EndMod that gives a chance for regen debuff.
A proc for ranged sets that has a chance to splash the damage, doing a 10th of the damage AoE.
A targeted AoE proc that has a chance for doublehit.
An accurate defence debuff proc that has a chance for -HP.
A melee proc that acts like a small power boost.
A knockback proc that has a chance to lower defence.
A ranged proc that gives a chance for knock up. -

Sometimes death is too good for a villian and we need something a bit better than actually killing them.
So what can you come up with?
-Dress him like a japanese schoolgirl and throw him to Praetorian Hamidon.
-Turn him into a new flavour of Enrich
-Dangle him from Altas Park, charge for bats.
-Make him pretend to be Statesman
-Stone Cole Pimping
-Make him watch as a variaty of animals sit on his throne.
-Brain washing him into thinking he is a dog. Sell him for 400PP
-Bury all but the top of his head in impervium. Play golf.
-Stick him in a defeat all city mission, let him be killed by the heat death of the universe.
-Stick him in RV. Let him be repeatedly droned and respawned.
-Strap him to a nuke and make him angry. Fire nuke. See how much more damage it does with an angry Tyrant strapped to him. -
Because crabs > Banes forever and always? :P
