Any opinions on this retro sci-fi costume set they are brainstorming? The second male character looks like he has those Synapse arm pieces, but I missed all of that part.

After all, one could presumably want multiple AT IOs from the same set. I've got a few Scrappers kicking around who would enjoy a nice boost to critical hit ratio.
If each pack guaranteed 1 AT IO, 1 exclusive costume piece, and 3 random items (that could be either consumeables, costume pieces you don't already own or random IOs) and sold for a dollar? I'd see that being a pretty good deal.

I'd be cool with the random drop option as long as it isn't possible to get duplicate stuff.
I would really like the option of being able to trade AT IOs (or sell them). I really only play Brutes, Tanks, and Blasters.

$50 for a 50-50 chance is not a good deal in my book.

And that sucks, because I liked everything else on that ustream (except the stupid random pack exclusive content)

I'm looking forward to those Loyalty helmets..Those things look even better then what Recluse and Statesman have and should be a real boon to VEAT's and lore inspired Greeco-roman characters..or just supers that like the two big guys.

1) Well, damn me. They revamped Astoria. That will hopefully be good...
2) Ok, who did they hire from Valve? Mann Co Crate IO and Costume piece things. With stuff ONLY in those packs?
