    This means whoever came up with 41 KB knew what they were doing. It'll protect against multiple powers avaliable to doms/blasters if they were slotted to the extreme. Of course that was before enhancement boosters. If someone was to use 6 level 50+5 KB IOs, that 40.7 KB would become 41.9 KB.

    Since "41 KB prot" was the old standard if slotted to the extreme, then 42 KB prot should be the new one with enhancement boosters.

    Lastly, Force bolt isn't actually the most KB there is, storm has that title.

    Gale with both portions at the same server tick is not that consistant. Force Bolt is.
  3. it's 41 for lift/levitate/blaster power thrust if they are slotted
  4. im not sure why the stealth power for the panther travel power is there. its not enough for full invisi and you cant stack it something else.
  5. did they buff lift or is mids adding impact damage to lift.

  7. the only thing cool about this one was the maps. kind of boring gameplay wise.
  8. All the trials are pretty straightforward so far. Never done a DD though.
    Only thing i like on the trials so far is the first phase of MoM where you actually have to press wasd to succeed. Gets rather dull gameplay wise afterwards.

    I missed the SO Part. With SO's i'd do a claws/fire/mu or a fire/kin controller if you are doing content farming.

  11. Elec/Fire/Mu works really well. Fiery Embrace turns Lightning Rod into a nuke and between Mu mastery and Burn, Thunderstrike sucking is not an issue. Hell most primaries with aoe/Fire/Mu is going to perform well on varying degrees.

    It wasnt. For an example spinning strike from street justice is saying it does 614 damage unslotted.

    DP is not good. I only seen one dp blaster do well in duels and that was pre incarnates. DP does fairly low damage and its only gimmick is that you can put alot of procs into it.

    If you have to pick DP on a corr then pick a good secondary. Preferably something with a self heal. Therm and Rad comes to mind.
    Pick up mind as a epic for dominate since it hits hard especially when it scourges.

  15. Think of a griefing scenario and pm a redname that work on powers to get a better chance to get it fixed before autumn.
  16. Fwiw. I didnt get support on my premium account once when i needed it.. I was directed to the knowledgebase without answering my question. I replied and it just sat there until it got closed.

    Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

    And when i try to repar it says this:
    Access to the path is denied.

    Im running the launcher as admin
