Your most (ab)used Costume piece?
I use the trenchcoat a lot.
hearts plus. the bolero cape, enforcer gloves(love enforcer gloves) the banded roman armor(forget its name) and recently bioluminescent glowing tops. also the combo of omega hair with the mutant pack horns.
Thigh high boots. Most of my female characters have them on at least one costume. If we had texture options for them I'd abuse them even more.

Arc ID#431270 Until the End of the World
Valkyrie boots. There aren't a lot of decent armored boots in the game; plus the regular male boots have like... size 4 feet. It's bizarre.
My guides:Dark Melee/Dark Armor/Soul Mastery, Illusion Control/Kinetics/Primal Forces Mastery, Electric Armor
"Dark Armor is a complete waste as a tanking set."
The Alpha belt. Especially combined with Disco (Bottoms With Skin).
My Kheldians always use the Fireflies aura, it kind of looks like they're being circled by stars (IMO). I also like giving them the bioluminescent skin tops for at least one costume; peacebringers get a bright bluish white color while my warshade is, of course, purple.
Off the top of my head these are the things I use a lot:
Justice shoulder pads
Layered shoulder pads
Tights smooth
Warrior armored gloves
Trenchcoat w/ long sleeves and sinister gloves
Sport boots
Cowboy boots as dress shoes w/slacks
Work boots.
A lot of the Valkyrie and Alpha costume pieces.
Thick boots, and the vanguard boots.
The reaper headpiece (Detail 2) and I too use the High Collar quite a lot. I think the Occult design is very cool.

Favourite Toons: Prosper [Ill/Rad] Controller :: Infinitus [Fire/Elec] Blaster :: Pocket Dynamo [Fire/Shield] Scr :: Fast [Cold/Sonic] Def ::

Lets see:
-Suits, at one time or another, every character that has hit level 30+ gets a nice suit and tie costume.
-Diablo pattern: Love it
-Clockwork Heavy shoulders
-Cyborg Cable shoulders
-Enforcer and Cyborg belt
-Noh mask pattern (I use ninja masks and hoods to cover the mouth so it looks like the face is all black with brightly colored eyes.)
-Baron boots: only with long pants though, they look like nice dress shoes then.
-Combat aura: love these, nearly every costume of every character of mine has one.
-Angelic Plus
50Soulsunder: DM/Regen Scrapper
50Limitshift: EM/WP Brute
Victoria Nox: Dark/Dark Dominator
And about 5 others that change constantly...
-Tights: Stealth Top and Stealth Pants
-Pants: Camo
-Combat Aura
while sitting at the character select screen a couple weeks ago I realized a lot of my toons are wearing the Sinister boots. The plain ones, not the version with the spikey shin guard.
Do Faces count? If so, female 14 is the only one I use on female characters.
That, or Work boots, crazy broken ankles and all.

I tend to overuse the reaper mask. It's a cuteness thing, weirdly !

Resistance Boots/Gloves. :|
Sightless mask/Baroque pattern, in black/white. I'd say about 1/4 to 1/3 of all my alts has that. >_>
You've wanted more control and now you have it.
Justice Shoulders + Reaper Mask. I have at least 3 characters with that exact combo.
Clockwork Shoulders + Chest Detail. Two of my mains have that, with the same colors as well.

Work Boots
Military pants

daddy-o glasses.
Reaper mask, blast goggles up (resistance goggles counts too), resistance gloves, baggy pants. What? Regular pants look too much like skinny jeans on male characters to me.

To quote someone who knows me in-game: "I detect skulls. Blade is here."
I use the chains a lot too. Arm chains, leg chains, chest chains, neck chains...
Arc #40529 : The Furies of the Earth
Suits, chains (on the upper body) and tactical belts.
I use the neck chains (normal and heavy) a lot, but more to simulate necklaces than to be "wearing chains".

Cat ears, okay!
I have two catgirl toons at 50 and the third one is almost 49. It started innocently enough. I had a background concept and came up with a name for a WP/ice tank - Taiga Tiger. But it was taken. Taiga Tigress was available and it was all downhill from there. . . .

Since then I often have to stop myself from applying this trick to characters it doesn't suit, just because I like it so much.
Also: catastrophic weakness for the Enforcer gloves and Chest Detail:Stealth.
I overuse:
- Female Face 14
- Biker Jacket (sleeved or sleeveless)
- Witch Lace or Witch Bare
- Pants (Tight)
- Sneakers
- Rocket Boots
I have a confession. I love the high collar cape from the Magic pack.
I think more than half of my characters use it actually.
So tell me, are there any pieces you can't stop using? Perhaps you're even addicted to them?
Why yes, you might have seen this topic.. About a year and a half ago actually.
It is the spiritual successor to this one
