Meh, electronic pre-orders get a day early, retail pre-orders get some spiffy IOs and a mousing surface. Guess it all works out.

Cool, I get a chance to fix my older arcs and launch the new one today before the real madness begins. 
If only the free respec token came out tomorrow instead though.
Server transfers appear to be a bit screwed up.
Did mine as soon as the server came up, can't make a praetorian till it goes through as 36 slots in use. We were promised unlimited transfers, we have 6 tokens, and when they fail, you lose the token.
Half an hour now and it hasn't gone through, was more or less instant during the transfers over Christmas.
Also globals seem to be dying all the time.

It shouldn't, as every single player online is hammering the transfer button like a monkey looking for a hit of nicotine. =P

I agree that they're being hammered now, but since they went through in seconds when they were being hammered at Xmas, I suspect something isn't working as it should.
Still not happened after an hour.
